Nice house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located between Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1,200 per day. Owner with family lives in the same courtyard and is an experienced host for many years. There is also access to several freshwater areas with perch fishing on the beach.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden right next to the fjord and views of Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min), and the city park is easily accessible right above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 persons. The cabin is of older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.
