From the property, you have direct access to the sea, a fairytail forest, and numerous cultural heritage sites. Perfect for both young and old who want to spend time together in beautiful surroundings. The road to the property is described as an idyllic place for a family bike ride in the book “Turmagi” on page 138.

Fine turmuligheter til Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Omnfjellet og Ruten. Hytta har 2 soverom og en dobbeltseng på hems, TV og WIFI. Robåt kan lånes hvis ønskelig. Ca. 100 kvm veranda/plattinger omkranser eiendommen. Rikelig med utemøbler og puter. Et anneks med stue, soverom, bad og badstue kan leies i tillegg.

Leiligheten ligger i et historisk hus fra 1865 med stor hage like ved fjorden og utsikt til Trondheim by. Sentrum er bare en kort busstur unna (10 min), og bymarka er lett tilgjengelig rett ovenfor huset. Rolige omgivelser. Én dobbelseng og én enkeltseng, plass til 3 stk. Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
