Vacation rentals with beach access in Sneads Ferry

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

Audrey provided clear check-in instructions and was quick to give us important information about parking. Audrey was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property is conveniently located right on the river walk just a quick walk away from boat tours, restaurants, bars and everything else the historic district has to offer, but it was set just far away enough to where nights were peaceful and our sleep was never interrupted.

This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

I was traveling with my miniature schnauzer and this was a great pet friendly stay! I loved the cords outside where you could leash your dog to! The place was very clean a beautifully decorated. The beds were really comfortable! I had a little issue finding which of the four places was mine due to a small typo in the instructions but Debra quickly showed up in person and saved the day, mind you it was close to midnight. This place was about 30 minutes to Camp Lejeune which was great since I was there for a retirement ceremony. I would definitely stay here again!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

This is the first Airbnb I’ve returned to for a second time! The cleanliness is awe inspiring! Less than 15 minutes to the beach. Near LeJeune, Stone Bay, New River. Beautiful outdoor space. The game room garage is a blast. The hosts are great. We’ve made excellent memories here and will again.

This place is right on the water just as pictured. Great neighborhood and the hot tub was relaxing before bedtime. Jonathan shared local information to help us enjoy our time here.

Meghan is the best! Her hospitality is top notch — we could not have had any better. She is friendly, accommodating and gave wonderful recommendations for local eateries and attractions. The house is so cozy, clean and comfy— we felt right at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave. She messaged us right before check in to welcome us and let us know about wonderful updates to the house. Also, we just have to mention the deck view is fantastic for sunrise/sunset! So close to the beach and relaxed community. We would HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars all around🤩❤️

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! We had such an amazing time at this beach house! The place was spotless when we arrived—so clean and well taken care of. It’s a beautiful home with a really open, relaxing feel and the views were just stunning. Waking up to that every day was such a treat. The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. We also loved having the pool and hot tub; it was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. Our host, Neil, was fantastic—super responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Our whole family cannot wait to come back!

Brian’s house was exactly like he described. A very short 2 minute walk to the public’s beach access, intercoastal even closer, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Brian had everything needed for a fun beach getaway. We will be back!

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

It was what we needed. we traveled there for a wedding it was cozy and convenient.we were able to spend a few hours on the beach and the access point to the beach was really convenient.

We stayed for an extended weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The view is amazing, the beds/furniture comfy and they have everything you need here. If you have a piece of beach gear that is a must have then certainly bring it, but there’s nothing to worry about here, they have you covered - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys for the kiddos, etc. Only slight snag we had was with the WiFi, but a quick message and turnaround response and a workaround was in place. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb experiences!

We enjoyed our stay at Bee and Joe's. It looked just like the photos and everything was so clean. We took our 2 yo and 8 yo and they absolutely loved it. It felt like home and the kids room was the perfect setup with the bunk beds and trundle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean from the condo. We could also see the ocean from the main bedroom windows. The washer and dryer were very handy. The location is amazing and close to so many places to eat. It's very close to Surf City and other great surrounding areas. The beach is literally steps away and made it so easy to go back to the condo if we happened to leave something behind or someone had to use the restroom. Bee and Joe were very responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Wish there was more to do in the area. Lovely walks around island. Jennifer was extremely helpful when it came to the tides. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

Celebrated my 1st Mother’s Day here. The home was cute & clean, perfect for a quick getaway. This was our 1st time visiting Topsail beach & we found that the tide gets pretty high around 4pm so we had to clear the beach early in the day. Highly recommend trying the crab legs at Madison’s, they were delicious! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!
