The "Riverhouse" - Beautiful Waterfront Getaway

This beautiful riverfront guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. Spectacular water views and a shared dock for fishing, kayaks, etc. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Topsail island. Wood look luxury vinyl plank flooring and coastal decor make this a comfortable retreat. There are two designated parking spots. Guest suite is the finished lower level area of the right side of the duplex with a private entrance and a private covered waterfront patio.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, everything we needed was right there. It felt like a home away from home. We unexpectedly had trouble with our truck not starting, and the host went above and beyond by allowing us to leave it there until it could be towed. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation. That kind of hospitality made a huge difference in our trip. We felt completely taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable place to stay!

A coastal cottage and wonderful stay! Truly a safe haven. The house itself is clean and very cozy, with comfortable beds and furniture as well as a nice sized backyard for pups to play in if you bring them. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around with cute houses, friendly neighbors, and a waterfront park that has a pier and osprey nest. The beach was so close (10 minutes away to free parking) and now one of my favorite East coast beaches! Found some really pretty shells and neat shark teeth. Amy was an exceptional host. She was friendly and very responsive. She accommodated our need for a late checkout and provided wonderful recommendations for the area. Any questions etc that I had while I stayed there were promptly answered. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant she mentioned (Agave Azul) and Scoops ice cream even though the ice cream shop is a bit of a drive (trust me it’s well worth it!). All in all one of my favorite stays. I would happily stay there again and hope to.

Autumn’s place was the perfect spot for our Memorial Day Weekend trip. It was clean, close to the boat ramp and the host was super helpful and responsive. We loved that her place was dog friendly and had a fenced in back yard so we could bring our Goldens along on the adventure. I would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us, Autumn!

What a gem in North Topsail! This Airbnb townhouse offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The home is gorgeous and felt incredibly welcoming. We were particularly impressed with the fantastic kitchen – it had everything we needed and more. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, and we really appreciated the generous supply of toiletries and the thoughtful addition of Tide Pods. Our entire stay was effortless and enjoyable from start to finish. We'd love to come back!

This was my second time staying at Lisa’s condo. I was in the area for a work-related trip and decided to extend the trip into the weekend at Topsail. I got takeout from Seaview (twice), Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi Bar, and Minervini’s NY Bagel. The balcony was great for reading and sipping on wine. It is truly a relaxing place.
