Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Het Weidehuisje voelt als een afgelegen privé paradijs, maar ligt verrassend centraal in Noord-Holland. Our cozy B&B is centrally located in the head of North Holland. Because of this location we are very easy to reach both by car and by public transport. The cottage is completely private in a very large garden with its own sunny terrace. Make use of all facilities offered including digital TV & internet. The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.

In the 3300m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.
