Awesome place to stay! Charlotte is a wonderful host!

Great place to relax and entertain. We sat through an awesome thunderstorm on the patio, relaxed on the superior furniture in the living room, cooked great meals in the kitchen, had fun competitions on the ping pong table and Pac-Man arcade game and slept well in the comfortable beds. It was a great stay.

We have a place in the same neighborhood but it's just not big enough for all the people we invited for the weekend. It was in the perfect location for us! We did have a small issue checking in because the cleaning staff had changed the code on th lock box but Tonia responded quickly and we were in in no time! Will definitely rent this place again.

Everything was perfect. The home was top notch and very modern. It was a beautiful weekend stay!

Thank you for a great stay! Everything was so comfortable and clean! The amenities were amazing! Kitchen and Bathroom were stocked with everything you need and more! We had fun playing basketball and corn hole. Lots of games to choose from too. My favorite part was coffee on the deck every morning. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We hope to be back soon!

Lisa was the best host , the home was emaculant, and the view was out of this world. I was able fish ( I didn't catch anything), bed was comfy. I've done air BNB for a while, hands down, Lisa's home is atop the list.......

This place was great! Original Airbnb got canceled the day of us coming down to New Orleans. I found this wonderful Airbnb. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. The house was clean had clean linen etc. New Orleans is truly my second home so I will definitely be booking again.

We stayed at Thad's condominium for 16 nights. The location is great for access to the beach, restaurants close by, and for our golfing. The second-floor location on the bayou side offered good views and we were able to enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony. Although we did not use the pool, we noticed the pool is kept exceptionally clean by the association. We do have suggestions for the condominium applicable to long term renters. The bathroom could use another towel rack or a ring, or a hook for hanging a robe. In the bedroom, a small chest of drawers under the TV or something to put clothes in would be a nice addition. In the kitchen more silverware for eating would have been beneficial. Overall an excellent condo and location for our needs. We would definitely stay here again. I absolutely love this place. the host was amazing and he made sure that we felt welcome. he check on us to make sure we was okay and suggested a lot of nice places for us to go around the area. I will definitely book with him again. he made my first time going to New Orleans an amazing experience.

We had a great stay at Jayson's home. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The layout of the house is very functional, and the deck was a great place to relax and socialize. It was so close to our planned activities. We were there for riding bikes on St. Tammany Trace and a jazz concert at the Dew Drop Jazz & Social Hall. Jayson's house is very close to the trail and is a 5–10-minute bike ride to Dew Drop.

This place was amazing! I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who’s on the fence about it. Truly a great find! You can tell the host puts thought into the place. It’s super clean and has thoughtful touches that made a difference!
