Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. A beautiful5 Star brand new 2024 property within walking distance of local village amenities. Beautifully decorated to a high standard with a Scottish theme. Suitable for families of four or two couples wishing to explore the Highlands. Two bedrooms one king size bed and one double however there is only one shower room it’s beautiful but this is the only downside for parties of four persons

A really comfortable house just 2 mins walk from the centre of the village with a large garden, private parking and great views from the upstairs rooms over Portree to the sea and hills.
