The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

No.9 is a traditionally built croft house situated in beautiful Glendale! A perfect base for walking and exploring this very special part of the world. Glendale lies 8 miles , north west , from Dunvegan where there are a couple of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, a petrol station and a very well stocked licensed grocery. Glendale is well served by a Post Office which also supplies all the basics...and much more! Beautiful Neist Point is about 4 miles from Croft No.9.
