Machi war eine sehr liebe und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin. Das 1-Zimmer-Apartment verfügte über ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett, eine kleine Kochzeile, ein geräumiges Bad und ein Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Der Aufstieg zum Apartment war steil, lohnt sich aber sehr. Mit schwerem Gepäck bei der Ankunft empfehle ich ein Taxi (15€ vom Hafen bis hoch). Ich empfehle Machis Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter!

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Wir - Familie mit einem Kind - haben im August 2023 knapp zwei Wochen auf Skopelos in einer Ferienwohnung von Fotisstudios verbracht. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, konnten früher einchecken, in der sehr sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Hygienneartikel sowie Proviant fürs erste Frühstück wurden uns unerwarteterweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Frau Nikoletta die Ehefrau von Fotis und Maria seine Nichte haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet, uns Anregungen für Unternehmungen gegeben. Da unsere Gastgeber im gleichen Gebäude wohnen, konnten wir uns jeder Zeit an sie mit unseren Anliegen und Fragen wenden. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern, vor allem bei Frau Nikoletta und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Nous avons été accuillis par Lilly, la maman d'Ourania, et tout de suite, nous nous sommes sentis en vacances. Une maman qui nous montre en vitesse comment fonctionne la clé, où se trouve le minimarket, nous montre tout l'espace extérieur auquel nous avons accès puis nous apporte une glace avant de nous laisser. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de voir que l'appartement était plus spacieux que sur les photos. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement. Il est idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la meilleure plage de Skopelos où vous trouverez plusieurs choix de restaurants et bars sur la plage sana pour autant être surpeuplé... La cuisine est équipée du nécessaire pour se faire un petit déjeûner et un petit repas sur le pouce. L'espace extérieur, tout en fleurs avec sa vue magnifique sur la mer et les oliviers, était notre coin préféré pour le petit déjeûner. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Manos à Skopelos. Le studio est idéalement situé dans une charmante rue et est très proche du port. L’intérieur est décoré avec goût et confortable, idéal pour 4 personnes. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont légèrement spartiates mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut et l’ensemble est très agréable pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Manos et Anna étaient très accueillants et disponibles, avec de nombreuses recommandations à nous suggérer. Nous recommandons !

🌟 Amazing Stay in Skiathos! 🌟 We just returned from an amazing vacation in Skiathos, and we can’t say enough good things about our stay at Stathis' place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Stathis was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, and the location was ideal - right next to the port, beaches and Old Town. Stathis also shared some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities that really helped us make the most of our time on the island. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re planning a trip to Skiathos, definitely consider staying here. We can’t wait to come back! 🏝️

Stauroula was a wonderful host! She met us near the apartment and directed us to the apartment. She even carried our suitcase up the many steps to the apartment from where we parked, which we greatly appreciated. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful, and so we ate there in the evening as well as breakfast. It was a short walk down the hill to the waterfront and to the restaurants there (a longer walk UP the hill, but still very easy). She gave us homemade "Skopolos pie" - a feta cheese/filo delight! She also gave us a homemade cake and fruit. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Skopolos!

We chose this place due to its proximity to the port area as we were leaving early 9n the last day also, the restaurant and bar area were within walking distance. The property is well maintained we were provided clear instructions of where to meet the host who then walked us through the apartment. All the amenities were there as described, would recommend to those who are looking for a place close to the pet and bar / restaurant area.

Martin und Lisa sind ein sehr liebes, sympathisches Ehepaar. Sehr humorvoll und wenn man Fragen hat, helfen sie gerne weiter. Leider hatten wir nach vier Tagen einen Motorrad Unfall und mussten den Urlaub abbrechen. Martin und Lisa haben uns so toll geholfen, wir alle waren sehr traurig. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es wäre ein so schöner Urlaub geworden, das Apartment liegt wunderschön in der Natur, sehr ruhig, super entspannt und entschleunigend. Für Ruhe suchende eine wirklich sehr angenehme Lokation mit einem tollen Besitzerpaar. Liebe Lisa, lieber Martin, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Kalimera House is a lovely boutique flat with a very authentic feel to it. Eleni was fantastic at communicating and Penelope made us extremely welcome. We were spoilt with homemade local delicacies and all the basics were provided so we didn’t need to rush out to the supermarket the moment we arrived. The location of the flat is perfect to explore the town. Thanks for a wonderful week in Skiathos!

Il soggiorno da Machi è stato favoloso. L'appartamento è dotato di un balcone spazioso vista porto molto bello e tranquillo. Il servizio e la pulizia impeccabile, Machi ogni giorno puliva la stanza e con molta discrezione. Consiglio questo alloggio per la vista e per la flessibilità e disponibilità della proprietaria.

Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ο καθένας. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το βεραντάκι όλα τα λεφτά. Η παραλία προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια σε 2-3 λεπτά. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας περίμενε το απόγευμα που φτάσαμε, μας οδήγησε στο διαμέρισμα και μας έδωσε πολύ βοηθητικές πληροφορίες για την περιοχή ώστε να περάσουμε πάρα πολύ όμορφα. Παρόλο που μείναμε μέσα στον Αύγουστο, ήταν τόσο δροσερά που δεν ανοίξαμε ούτε τον ανεμιστήρα, ενώ δεν είχε και καθόλου κουνούπια. Θέλει λίγη προσοχή σε κάποια θεματάκια για να γίνει άριστο, κυρίως με τη μυρωδιά από την αποχέτευση της τουαλέτας. Εμείς πάντως ρίξαμε αρκετό απορρυπαντικό την πρώτη ημέρα και δε μας ξαναενόχλησε. Σε γενικές γραμμές, περάσαμε υπέροχα και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

What a great house, location and host. Terraces and views were fantastic. A 10-15 min walk to Patitiri, a short stroll down to the beach and taverna during the day, Votsi and Spartines beach 10-15mins walk too. Great place to enjoy a relaxing break.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l’environnement, du calme de l’endroit. Les plages sont super pour en profiter et pour observer les poissons. Très très calme et plages presque pour nous seuls à cette saison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Elinika et recommandons cet endroit pour passer des vacances au calme dans une île vraiment préservée qui a beaucoup de charme et de potentiel.

Ο Σταύρος η Μάχη και η Ελευθερία είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί.. Ο χώρος είναι καθαρός και λειτουργικός!! Η αυλή είναι μέσα στο πράσινο!! Η παραλία είναι δίπλα, πας με τα πόδια.. Η πιο ωραία παραλία στη Σκόπελο.. Και το πιο βασικό παρέχει parking και είναι dog friendly... ΣΑΣ ευχαριστούμε πολύ και εις το επανειδειν..

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto con lavastoviglie in caso di necessità. Bell'attico corrispondente perfettamente alle foto anche se un pò piccolo. Peccato che il bagno avesse poca aerazione a causa solo di una piccola finestrella e che lo scarico della doccia non funzionasse a dovere. Olga, la persona incaricata da Dimitris nel venire ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo, è sempre stata cordiale e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste ed esigenze

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux de Jacqueline. La terrasse est vraiment agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la plage et la mer. L'arrêt de bus qui dessert toute la côte et les plages est juste en bas de la maison. Le studio est parfaitement équipé. Petit bémol : la décoration est un peu datée et l'insonorisation faible, mais tout était conforme à la description et nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Je recommande !

Wonderful, fully equipped place for family if 4. Located very close to everything: beach, shops, bar, restaurants, but at the same time very quite and isolated from the noise. Parking downstairs super comfortable, as little village during the weekend days can be filled with cars. Host very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!
