Cozy and modern cottage with wood fired hot tub in fiberglass with air and water massage system. Wood-fired sauna. The cabin is located by Heivannet with child-friendly beach and close to restaurant Solvika. Here you have a great starting point for an active cabin life, with good hiking opportunities nearby, cross country skiing in winter time and a lot of coziness in the water with a kayak or boat in summer time. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Høyt&Lavt Vestfold climbing park. The cabin has a new, well-equipped open plan kitchen with living room.

The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added.
