Walking distance to the shopping center and the Leisure Park, where you can swim, hike, play frisbee golf, paddle tennis, mini golf, tennis, climbing park +++ There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, but we can set up more beds and on the sofa. The apartment is fully furnished, with crockery and everything you will need for cooking in the kitchen.

Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.

On weekdays, there is a bus every 10 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes otherwise. Both to Skien and Porsgrunn. The apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and maintains a good standard. You have 10-15 min walking distance to hiking areas in the forest, water park and gym. 2 min walking distance to the Shopping Center Hercules. There are opportunities for swimming at Gåsodden beach about 15 min away by car, or at Bakkestranda near the city center. Bus stop 1 min away.
