Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Skiathos

Abholung am Hafen und Transport zur Unterkunft, alleine findet man es bestimmt nicht in den kleinen verwinkelten Gässchen, in denen einen nicht mal Google Maps lokalisieren kann. 🤍 Tolle Betreuung, Sophia kommt zum Putzen falls das gewünscht wird und hat zur Begrüßung sogar Kekse gebacken und die Zitronen aus eigener Ernte aufgefüllt. Man fühlt sich direkt wie Sophie auf Kalokairi. Wie im Film. Tolle Terrasse mit freundlich schnurrenden Teilzeit-Haustieren, die einen morgens begrüßen.

Къщата беше много добре обзаведена и просторна, оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Намира се на много тихо и спокойно място сред природата, но в същото време много близо до таверни, супермаркети и автобусна спирка. На 10мин пеша от прекрасен плаж залив Troulos. Мария е изключително любезен домакин, комуникацията беше перфектна и през цялото време се грижеше добре за престоя ни. Благодарим и бихме се върнали отново! Препоръчваме за пълноценен престой на острова, в близост е и до най-живописните плажове! Подходяща и за семейства с домашни любимци, тъй като има голям двор с красива и поддържана градина и няколко веранди. Благодарим, Мария!

Wir wurden mit dem Auto vom Bus abgeholt, was aufgrund des Gepäcks sehr hilfreich war, vielen Dank! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, die Terrasse ist mit den zwei Obstbäumen sehr bezaubernd und es kommen einige Katzen zu Besuch. :) Christos‘ Eltern wohnen ein Stockwerk höher im Haus und sind sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, eher außerhalb, aber nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt.

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

Sehr hübsches Häuschen, renoviert mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schön mit der Terrasse und kleinem Balkon und sehr gute Lage. Man kann das Häuschen sogar ohne Treppen erreichen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

I brought my daughter to Skopelos for her high school graduation gift. We absolutely loved it. Manolis, Akis' friend, brought us to the house. Demtris House was exactly as described and so beautiful with wonderful furnishings and accents. The neighbors were very nice. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping. Akis was very responsive to any questions and would check-in with us to make sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend staying at Demtris House.

We loved our stay at Blue Heaven Villa. I find myself still dreaming of beautiful Skopelos & wishing we were still there. We had 2 weeks in Greece starting off in Athens then taking a train, cab & a ferry to Skopelos where Anna met us at the port to pick us up w/ our luggage. Anna gave us a tour of their beautiful home & answered any questions. She left us with homemade treats made by her mother. Loved that! She messaged me 1/2 way thru our trip to check on us & visited with us our last night with the sweetest send off! The location of the home was perfect & even though we had a rental car to see the entire island (best way to see all the beaches & other towns), we still walked in to town every night. It was perfect. That alone will be a memory I’ll forever cherish w/ my kids. So many great restaurants & shops within walking distance & things are open late. Just be prepared for a steep walk home but it’s worth it. We loved Blue Heaven Villa & hope to stay there again. 💙

We had a wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree Cottage. The location is incredibly peaceful and the accommodation was clean and contained everything we needed. Pipitsa was incredibly helpful and we couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough.

Fabulous little apartment, pretty well equipped, and Spyros is super quick to respond to queries, and provide anything you might need. Highly recommend

The location of the apartment is excellent, in the centre of the town, close to the port, restaurants, shops, bars and sights. It is an older apartment, 2 levels with good balcony views over the harbour and port. There are 2 chairs and tables on each balcony. Although there are restaurants underneath we were not disturbed by any noise. Furnishings are good however the kitchen was not fully equipped (no toaster, iron, chopping board) when we arrived but this was rectified promptly. We would recommend a stay here if you are visiting Skopelos.

Denis è stato un super host. Disponibile in ogni momeno e premuroso nell'accoglierci nel suo appartamento. Ci ha dato tantissime informazioni sulle più belle spiagge e sui migliori ristoranti dell'isola. Il suo appartamento è molto carino, accogliente e confortevole; inoltre si trova in una posizione strategica. Cosigliato!

Très bel appartement et très bel accueil de l’hôte ( petit panier surprise ). Les 2 terrasses sont superbes, le logement est très propre et très spacieux. Martha donne bien les instructions et réponds vite aux messages. L’appartement est aussi très bien placé, juste en bas il y a une supérette et a quelques minutes à pied ( moins de 3 mins) des restaurants et à 7-8 min du port. Merci pour ce beau séjour

We had an amazing time at Katerina and her family place! The location was perfect - in the heart of Stafylos close scooter ride to Skopelos city and beaches around, including beautiful Velanio beach. Our apartment was ideal for 3 people- two single beds in one room and one couch turned to proper bed in another room were perfect. Calm location, clean, with beautiful balcony and small fridge to keep the stuff cool. We have spent in total one week in Katerina's place and highly recommend to everyone who wants to experience a great family hospitality in Skopelos, plus was also a possibility to check in earlier and straight after our ferry arrival. Thank you once again for a great experience in Skopelos that made our holidays extremely enjoyable!

Can’t recommend Ionnas guest house enough. Breathtaking views, very quiet and relaxing area. Stafylos beach is a short stroll down hill. Stafylos is one of the best beaches in Skopelos! The taverna down the road is also amazing. Highly recommend! I also loved that this location is a short drive from Skopelos Town—which for us was perfect. Skopelos is definitely an island I recommend having a car to get around. Aside from the taverna and the beach canteen there isn’t much else like a supermarket, so be prepared with any supplies you might need. Looking forward to returning and staying in Stafylos :)

The perfect place to stay!! Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to walk. The views across the harbour looking back at town were spectacular even at night. Maria recommended some fantastic restaurants to eat at. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much for your hospitality Maria. 🌟

Το σπίτι είναι φοβερό ! Πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι, στην παραλιακή, σε πολύ όμορφα μαγαζάκια! Η πρόσβαση είναι εύκολη και καθόλου κουραστική, η στάση για το λεωφορείο που σε μεταφέρει στις παραλίες της δυτικής (μόνο Δυστηχως) πλευράς είναι 4-5 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Θέα δεν έχει, είναι μέσα σε στενάκι, δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα για κάποιον που δεν θα κάθεται σπίτι! Η κ. Νίνα εξυπηρετική και η επικοινωνία - συνεργασία είναι μέγιστη! Πεντακάθαρο και όμορφοι χώροι!

🌟 Amazing Stay in Skiathos! 🌟 We just returned from an amazing vacation in Skiathos, and we can’t say enough good things about our stay at Stathis' place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Stathis was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, and the location was ideal - right next to the port, beaches and Old Town. Stathis also shared some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities that really helped us make the most of our time on the island. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re planning a trip to Skiathos, definitely consider staying here. We can’t wait to come back! 🏝️

We really enjoyd our stay at Giasemi house!We stayed there for two weeks with our 3 year old, wich worked out perfectly. The apartment was really beautifully furnished, clean, bright and comfortable. Would really recomend staying here! You need to climb some stairs up from the port, so not the easiest if you need to use a stroller for your child. It only had aircondition on the second floor, but fans on first floor made it cooler also downstairs. It was a little noise from the closest bars at night, but with closed windows it didnt bother us that much. Thank you again for the stay!

No tengo suficientes palabras para describir mi estadía en el maravilloso e increíble apartamento de María. Ha sido una experiencia absoluta mágica alojarme en su casa,el mejor Airbnb en el que he estado en mi vida y llevo muchos años viajando. María es una host excepcional y única.( y su familia fantástica). Ella es humana,divertida, inteligente,simpática,atenta... Me he sentido como en casa y me llevo maravillosos recuerdos y amistades a las que volveré a visitar, porque Skopelos te atrapa y te hipnotiza para siempre.Efharisto María!

Martin und Lisa sind ein sehr liebes, sympathisches Ehepaar. Sehr humorvoll und wenn man Fragen hat, helfen sie gerne weiter. Leider hatten wir nach vier Tagen einen Motorrad Unfall und mussten den Urlaub abbrechen. Martin und Lisa haben uns so toll geholfen, wir alle waren sehr traurig. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es wäre ein so schöner Urlaub geworden, das Apartment liegt wunderschön in der Natur, sehr ruhig, super entspannt und entschleunigend. Für Ruhe suchende eine wirklich sehr angenehme Lokation mit einem tollen Besitzerpaar. Liebe Lisa, lieber Martin, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Stauroula was a wonderful host! She met us near the apartment and directed us to the apartment. She even carried our suitcase up the many steps to the apartment from where we parked, which we greatly appreciated. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful, and so we ate there in the evening as well as breakfast. It was a short walk down the hill to the waterfront and to the restaurants there (a longer walk UP the hill, but still very easy). She gave us homemade "Skopolos pie" - a feta cheese/filo delight! She also gave us a homemade cake and fruit. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Skopolos!

We loved staying at Julie's apartment. We recommend staying here when visiting Skiathos.

Beautiful and authentic home with spectacular terrace. Hosts very hospitable. Would definitely recommend!
