Condo vacation rentals in Skiathos

It was all great, Machi was very helpful and kept it all very clean and tidy. The views are spectacular and there are steps to get down to town (lots of them!).

Lovely apartment, kept beautifully clean throughout our stay. The apartment has a large balcony and views over Troulos beach and beyond. Wonderful location for Troulos, its beach and great restaurants. Bus service is regular from one end of the island to the other, with a bus stop at the end of the road close to the accommodation. Wonderful place to stay on a beautiful island, thank you Jacqueline.

What a pleasure to be able to spend 6 nights in this fantastic accommodation. The amenities are perfect and the view is indescribable. I immediately felt very comfortable and at home. The beach is only accessible via a short trail and you are greeted by paradise. There are three taverns, a mini-market, a great snack bar - all within walking distance! Best of all, if you want to see more, you can explore the island for a €3 bus fee, station no. 21 is only 100 m from the property. I was also so warmly welcomed and said goodbye, I would therefore travel there again and again! Many thanks - also for the wonderful sunrises!

Lovely location and good value. Wifi connection was a little weak for our room, but not a big issue. Giannis was always friendly and helpful! Recommended!

A very wonderful view a bit busy the street overnight

It is a very steep walk (like most of Skopelos) of about 8 minutes but once the accomodation is reached there is a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and Giannis accommodated my need to have luggage stored prior to entry. There were 2 rooms and a nice balcony. One room contained the kitchen (which had a small kitchenette) and bedroom and another room contained the bathroom. It was very relaxing being on the balcony taking in the wonderful view. The accomodation is also accessible by car. Giannis was a gracious host meeting me at my room to explain its facilities and explaining that I could contact him at any time regarding queries.

An authentic house that felt like a home. A great location and very helpful family owners. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stunning little balcony with sea view in a quiet little corner. The host had recommended the right restaurants next door. Beach accessible by a small path 5’away and at the return alfresco shower at the bottom of the house. So cool!

What a great house, location and host. Terraces and views were fantastic. A 10-15 min walk to Patitiri, a short stroll down to the beach and taverna during the day, Votsi and Spartines beach 10-15mins walk too. Great place to enjoy a relaxing break.

The accommodation was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed something. Totally recommend.

Our stay in the apartment on Skiathos was simply fantastic! The location of the apartment is perfect: steps away from the beach and in close proximity to the island's charming tavernas and cafes. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We found the well-equipped kitchen particularly pleasant, which allowed us to prepare some meals ourselves. Our host was very warm, helpful and always available. Overall a perfect stay – Skiathos and this apartment are highly recommended.

Andreas was really helpful throught our stay and he provided us with a recommendations of what to do and where to go in the island. The place was really clean, right in the center and in a nice position. the place is perfect for 3 people. A small thing to mention was the music from the restaurant across the street buy it had nothing to do with him and around 1am the music stopped. all in all we're really satisfied with our stay and we recommend it without any hesitation.

We really enjoyd our stay at Giasemi house!We stayed there for two weeks with our 3 year old, wich worked out perfectly. The apartment was really beautifully furnished, clean, bright and comfortable. Would really recomend staying here! You need to climb some stairs up from the port, so not the easiest if you need to use a stroller for your child. It only had aircondition on the second floor, but fans on first floor made it cooler also downstairs. It was a little noise from the closest bars at night, but with closed windows it didnt bother us that much. Thank you again for the stay!

Anna's place is simply amazing! - very spacious, with a modern but still very cosy design - top-notch-equipped (especially the kitchen and the bathrooms!) - quiet but still very close to the town center And Anna herself is a very caring host, always available for support (if the detailed written House-FAQs / tipps on Skiathos should not suffice)! Simply perfect in every respect, we had a wonderful time and would definitely want to return anytime - THANK YOU!!!

We had a lovely holiday. Skiathos is absolutely beautiful and Philoxenia’s place was perfect for the two of us, great location. Will definitely be back!
