Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

The house worked fine, we had everything we needed, we slept like a rock, nice and quiet area. Perfect distance to Gardermoen :) then he owns one of the world's finest dog breed !!!

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

Beautiful place with amazing view of Oslo fjord. I decided to choose this place to enjoy the view and Scandinavian atmosphere of the property with friends. And was quite satisfied. The place is very interesting and cozy, and you can look out the window for hours. The owner of Gard is responsive, with a good sense of humor and went to meet us when we needed it. We had a great stay! The house was very clean, warm, and full of natural light. It was perfect for our family and especially suitable for kids. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

Absolutely amazing! Large space, perfect for a family. First time I felt at home somewhere I have never been before. Kamilla had even laid out drawing supplies for my youngest son and chocolate with a cozy note. Will definitely be back! Would have given 10 star if possible 😊

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. The place is huge, beautiful, and dreamy. The scenery is spectacular! ❤️We were looking for a place to conduct our wedding dinner. Since it was the 1st of December, it was so hard to find an intimate at the same time a cozy nice place to do that. However, Silje opened her doors for us and accommodated us in her amazing BnB. She is very responsive, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is extremely helpful and caring for her guests. Moreover, she is also flexible with changes and negotiates fairly. We love her so much and we totally recommend her place to everyone. 😘😍🎉🎉

Ivar is a very nice and welcoming host, who answers any questions you can wonder about during a short time. Communication before, during and after the stay was impeccable and the stay was very nice. Terje and Hanne are great hosts. Clear, proactive and responsive while making you feel welcome. The house is very well located and fully aligned with descriptions/photos. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place.

Beautiful location. Is a true farm house setup separate from, but right next to the main house (which is host occupied, I believe). Is rustic with some nice updates (eg. bathroom). Lots of space - very comfortable for 4 of us and with room outside to exercise 2 big dogs. close to ski trails, very convenient to the airport, and less than an hour to the heart of Oslo.

Asmund place was perfect for our family group to attend ski races at Holmenkollen. Beautiful views. Great public transportation.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy cabin of Sverre, wonderfully quiet, beautiful nature, nice walk from the front door and nice that we were allowed to use the wood.

A beautiful location, the most amazing view and a very lovely house. We even did some fishing with the boat. Very comfortable house and lovely covered porch.

Andre’s & Helen’s place was an extra comfortable, clean, homely stay. There were plenty of amenities, the apartment was extremely well kept. The noise levels of the location some had mentioned were not bad at this time of year, and earplugs were provided. Check in with Helen was great, she was very welcoming and even recommended things to do in the area. Response times to any questions were very prompt and helpful. Overall I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and central place to stay in Oslo!

Absolutely beautiful place to be! I'm going back. In the tiny house you get peace and really opportunity to relax. Johannes was really good in communication, responded quickly, was helpful if I had any questions and very friendly.

Myself and my partner stayed in Daniel's apartment and agreed that it was the favourite of all AirBnbs we had previously been too. It was extremely comfortable, had everything we needed and walking distance from the city centre - also really good coffee to be had around the corner and well connected bus routes.
