Welcome to a cozy and simple cabin by the lake at Øysand. Enjoy sea views, birdsong, long days on the shallow sandy beach, and quiet evenings by the campfire. The cabin is located by the Gaulosen nature reserve, only 20 minutes from Trondheim. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room provide sleeping space for 4 people. Øysand Camping with a kiosk, café and activities is in walking distance. A grocery store and fast charging for electric cars are about 10 minutes away. Pets welcome by agreement.

Annex/Stabbur on 2 floors in the courtyard, approx. 60 sqm, built in 2011. The courtyard is located high and free at the top of Buvika, direct access to exit terrain and outdoor life. 6 km from Buvika city center, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city center. Living room/kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with single bed and desk, and 1 TV room. Bed linen/pillowcases/towels are included. Guests clean before check-out, cleaning is included (NOK 300)

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Parking for up to 2 cars by the cabin. Located in a peaceful area. Gas grill, all white goods, glasses and cups, towels available. Duvets, pillows and covers for 4 people (4 single duvets + 4 pillows).

Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
