This is a cabin complex featuring a newly renovated, winter-insulated cabin with 5 sleeping spaces, a "sleeping cabin" with 5 sleeping spaces, and a main cabin with a large dining area, kitchen, and living room. All the cabins on the property are rented together. The cabin complex is part of the Konstad Nordre/Konstadtunet farm and is located right by the Ånøya lake, with proximity to the E6 Melhus (12 km) and Trondheim (30 km). Rent a rowboat on Ånøya and enjoy fishing and swimming opportunities in the summer, and ice fishing, ice skating, or long-distance skating in the winter.

The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea or try your luck at fishing right outside the door. Enjoy the view and see the boats on their way to the mill that pass right by. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/cot. There is also a high chair here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 beautiful terraces. Sun from the time it rises until it sets.

Parking for up to 2 cars by the cabin. Located in a peaceful area. Gas grill, all white goods, glasses and cups, towels available. Duvets and pillows for 4 people (4 single duvets + 4 pillows).

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
