This is a cabin complex featuring a newly renovated, winter-insulated cabin with 5 sleeping spaces, a "sleeping cabin" with 5 sleeping spaces, and a main cabin with a large dining area, kitchen, and living room. All the cabins on the property are rented together. The cabin complex is part of the Konstad Nordre/Konstadtunet farm and is located right by the Ånøya lake, with proximity to the E6 Melhus (12 km) and Trondheim (30 km). Rent a rowboat on Ånøya and enjoy fishing and swimming opportunities in the summer, and ice fishing, ice skating, or long-distance skating in the winter.

Completely renovated single-family home – close to Trondheim and the sea

Welcome to a completely renovated home in quiet Buvika. Short distance to the beach, public transport and E39. Only 25 minutes by bus to Trondheim city center. Five minutes by car to the center of Buvik with grocery stores, Vinmonopolet, cafe, restaurant and gas station. The bus stop (line 410) is a 3-minute walk away, and line 310 with frequent departures and commuter parking can be reached in 5 minutes by car (about a 20-minute walk). The place is completely pet-free. It may be possible to arrange one extra bed if needed – please contact us before booking.

Enjoy scenic surroundings in our authentic granary. Suitable for couples as well as families. The granary is located in the forest border on the farmyard and has its own patio. You are free to make use of the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the woods, swim in the beach area and fish from the jetty. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise you can meet both cats, foxes and deer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Enjoy the days with proximity to animals and nature, or seek out the forest, lake or mountain for freer nature. Here you have everything! The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, but several mattresses and cots can be added. Wheelchair friendly. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Possibility of close contact with animals.

Central main section in a detached house with a simple standard. There are three bedrooms, one sleeping alcove, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and an additional toilet. Three of the rooms have double beds (180 cm, 120 cm, 120 cm), and one bedroom has a single bed. There is parking for four cars, as well as one electric car charger available. This is our home, so you should expect to find personal belongings in the surroundings. Our cat lives here permanently. We expect you, as tenants, to treat her well.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The cabin is located in a small forest grove on Viggja. With a nice view of the fjord. With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Enjoy the view and see the boats on their way to the mill that pass right by. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/cot. There is also a high chair here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 beautiful terraces. Sun from the time it rises until it sets.

With 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas – one of which is a dedicated cinema room – this house is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. In addition, there is a detached annex with combined living room and office that can be easily used as a bedroom, complete with its own toilet.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
