Vacation rentals with beach access in Skagafjörður

The kitchen was well-stocked, clean, and in a good location. However, the pictures of people inside were a bit unsettling, but that’s just a personal preference. The host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend if you are spending the night in town.

Absolutely lovely place to stay - our second time here. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, lovely to come home to at the end of each day. Great shower! 2 mins walk from a lovely cafe and public swimming baths with hot tubs. Special thanks to Kristjana for buying 2 yoga mats for the house so that we could use them during our stay.

We ended up having to book this place last minute because our hotel had issues they had to close for unfortunately. Gestur was very kind and the views from this place were beautiful. We did have some issues with the washer/dryer but Gestur was helpful and told us it was no problem to stay past check out time if we had too. Everything was clean, the place was easy to find, they had a first aid kit which was wonderful because I needed it and the bed was very comfortable! I’m very thankful he let us book this place on such short notice!

Wir hatten hier eine willkommene Auszeit während unserer intensiven Island-Reise. Am Kaminfeuer sitzen und den Wellen zuschauen. Fur Uns hat es nichts anderes gebraucht. Wir haben die Ruhe und Landschaft sehr genossen. Zuleyma hat uns die Schafe gezeigt und war sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Für Paare, Familien und Gruppen geeignet.

Fantastic beds, very clean appartment, good rest, warm, we could dry in the wet weather, well equipped,as said,I loved it, just like on the photos. Friendly, experieced host. Good suprise the coffee machine and the ice cube maker and the boardgames;))
