In the middle of a beautiful green courtyard, you will find a historic farmhouse whose entire upper floor has been converted into a guest apartment of about 30 square meters. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation: kitchenette, toilet with shower and washing machine, Wi-Fi 6. After a day by the sea, you share the garden with a barbecue and seating with the host couple, Henrik and Björn. Parking for one car on the property. The apartment is well-suited for up to three people over the age of 12. The apartment is completely allergy-friendly.

The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Attefall cottage with all the comforts and high-speed wifi! In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.
