Nyt, lyst sommerhus tæt ved strand og vand

Fjord, strand, skov og en ferie i ro. Vores sommerhus er moderne og nyt, men hyggeligt og charmerende med masser af sjæl. Haven er stor, med 2 havedamme og 3 terrasser, hvor der er plads til alle. Huset er meget velegnet til aktive børnefamilier. Der er rigeligt med legetøj, spil og cykler, stor trampolin til børnene og et bålsted. Huset ligger på en stille, lukket vej ned til Lammefjorden kun 2 huse væk fra vandet. Beliggende i Kisserup Strand, der ligger ca. 45 minutters kørsel fra København.

Our romantic country house is located at the foot of Fanefjord Forest surrounde by only forrest and fields. There are 2 km to Vindebæk beach and about 5 km to Hårbølle beach and a reasonably large supermarket in Askeby. There is a small eatery in the forrest called Fanefjod Skovpavilion and Damme Kro in Askeby with traditional danish food and a nice Cafe at Hårbølle Harbour, it's all within biking distance and we have five bicycles for you to get around the beautiful and a bit hilly landscape.

Det gamle dueslag

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig. Det gamle dueslag er lige blevet fuldt renoveret, efter at tiden har stået stille i 35 år. Det var nemlig i slutningen af 80'erne, man stoppede med at bruge bygningen til duer og høns, og som idag står nyrenoveret af 80% genbrugs materialer, der skulle være smidt ud på byggepladser, men som istedet blev brugt til at bygge denne sjove lille bolig. Boligen ligger lige i centrum af Sjælland og øerne, med 1 lille times kørsel til bla. kbh.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with a view of the surrounding fields and forests. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

This was a real pleasure to stay at Emilie’s personal house. Very cozy, light and warm atmosphere. This is a place you want to stay and perfect for families with children. 1 hour drive from Copenhagen. But you can have anything you want in the town too. And the house manual with recommendations for places around was really helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for staying. Happy we decided to choose a house with the yard in a quiet place instead of staying in Copenhagen

Lasse has a very nice newly build house. Spacious with a very good layout and room for a large family. I cannot think of anything that was missing from what we needed or what one might need in a house. We could move right in and enjoy the stay within minutes. We had a private parking although street parking is free in that area.

We stopped at Sine's place for over a week and it felt lovely to be there! The space was more than enough for 5 people to spend time in and relax; the house was very nicely arranged with a lived-in, cosy vibe. All the amenities were there as described. The garden was cool for the kids to hang out in too. Sine was a great host, always friendly and responsive. We'd happily stay at this place again!

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Meer ist glasklar und wunderbar zum Baden geeignet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und somit für einen erholsamen Urlaub bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Gebiet von Faxe Ladeplads. Das Haus hatte einen schönen Garten und viel Spielzeug für unser Kind. Unser Elektroauto konnten wir im Ort aufladen uns genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Blick auf die Ostsee nach 5 Gehminuten war traumhaft.

Es war einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist groß und nach dem kleinen Garten am Haus kommt noch ein großer Gemeinschaftsgarten den wir gern genutzt haben. Im 30 Minuten ist man in Kopenhagen und da sowohl mit Auto als auch Bis und Bahn. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet. Die Gegend bis auf das Rauschen dr Autobahn ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in Max. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es war einfach toll.

Hyggeligt og smukt hjem, hvor vi virkelig følte os hjemme. God beliggenhed, i roligt kvarter med kort gåtur til centrum af Svendborg. Dejlig have med trampolin og gynger. Enhver æstetikers drøm at bo i, og tilmed godt når man har børn med. Nem, hurtig og god kommunikation med Mathias.
