The property has been renovated with respect to the old principles - windows of core wood (1809) painted with linseed oil, timber with dowels, paper wool insulation, straw roof, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are also important

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car).
