Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sjølund

Thank you for the great time. Eike is a great landlord who comes into contact with you very quickly and kindly. The house has a brilliant location and the sauna was our absolute highlight! We will definitely be back!

My 2 teen daughters and I had a lovely few days here over Christmas. Beautiful cosy very warm apartment with beautiful surrounding lakes and countryside and horses and sea for walks. And the host Laurits is very kind and friendly. This was perfect for us.

We (2 people + 2 dogs) stayed with Beate and Sven for 1 week. The apartment is large, nostalgically furnished with a sense of detail and everything necessary is available. We enjoyed the silence, the hiking opportunities and the large garden very much. Beate and Sven are very nice hosts and always easily accessible. Glad to come back :)

We had a wonderfully relaxing time in this very tasteful and modernly furnished apartment. Extensive amenities and great kitchen that invited us to cook. The small sauna with fjord view was particularly beautiful. We would have liked to have stayed longer…

Top-maintained and lovingly furnished accommodation. Everything was very clean and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Daniela welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything and gave us valuable tips (ATTENTION: 150 euros deposit will be due at check-in, I missed it in the description). Good starting point for a detour to Sylt or Romo (island above Sylt in DK) for those who like it a little quieter. We'd love to come back anytime!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and quiet, close to the sea and the city center.

Super nice conversation. Very clean and cozy. Sea view (really!); we put the small table in front of the window for breakfast and enjoyed it with a sea view. You can get to the beach very quickly, but unfortunately you can't walk there directly, which is not a huge problem, as great spots can be reached quickly by bike or car. Otherwise, everything necessary was available. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. All in all, a great weekend at the fjord.

Very nice little quiet apartment, perfectly equipped. The bed for 1 person is very comfortable. Cozy terrace, the beach is very close, forest within walking distance, the connection to the city also optimal with public transport. So, perfect for a nice holiday. Parking in public spaces was surprisingly easy in August. Supermarket in the immediate vicinity, but for fresh fruit and vegetables you have to drive a little further. Inga's apartment worked really well for an extended weekend for two adults and two children, ages 7 and 10. The kids were very crazy for the large indoor pool as well as to play table tennis, and even though the mini golf course is very small and not so challenging, it was also a nice activity, and there are both mini golf clubs and table tennis bat as well as balls in the apartment. The area around the apartment is really lovely and we took a nice walk into Faaborg's cozy center along the water. It is also possible to swim from a jetty close to the apartment and the saunas connected to the indoor pool. The apartment is (as shown in the photos) small, but the sofa in the living room works fine for both children and adults, and there are lots of kitchenware in the small but very well appointed kitchen where we cooked two of the evenings. The small dishwasher is a big plus, and it works well with the Chrome Cast in the living room.

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings with the family. The house and garden including facilities exceeded all expectations compared to the photos and descriptions. The communication and service from the host was very good, proactive and welcoming! We will definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at Henrik's farmhouse. The location is quiet and close to the beach and offers all the essentials. The hot tub and sauna are great and we also booked the activity room, which was a favourite among the kids. Communication with Henrik was fast and easy. Definitely recommended.

The house is located in a small holiday area, close to the sea. The house is beautiful, with a big garden and several terraces. We have found the House clean and tidy. Check in went very well, just like check out as everything is well described. The hosts are very responsive to messages, which can be useful in some cases. However, the place is not very spectacular, so I always recommend having a car with you to explore the area and also be able to go shopping cheaply, as the supermarket in the village is quite expensive. However, you can walk ten minutes to a beautiful sandy beach by the sea. Overall, we liked the place very much, so I can only recommend it:)

The house and surroundings are worth a vacation. Communication with the host went well. The house is functionally equipped. The kitchen is quite small but sufficient. We were 6 for a weekend there. With 8 people it would definitely be too tight for me. We didn't use the fireplace and sauna, but looked good.

We spent nice days in the accommodation with friends and their dog over New Year's Eve. The house is super cozy, especially with a fireplace it was really nice. It worked great too. The place is exactly as described, very clean and we lacked nothing. Especially the equipment of the kitchen (and also in general) we loved, with four people we had absolutely enough dishes and the cooking worked great. A star on top for the Moccamaster, good coffee on vacation just 10/10. In summer probably also super nice with the terrace, we have not used it now. Check-in and communication were also great. I highly recommend the place.

We utilized the house for our business trip with my colleagues. It was nice, cozy and fit to purpose. How was clean and super nice! 100% recommended. Two tips for travellers: 1. If you have questions regarding checkin, etc. communicate that in advance. There might be delays in responses over night, so do not leave your questions to the last minutes of arrival. 2. Read carefully what is included in the offer (not like me not reading anything:)))) ) - however, Jysk is just behind the corner. Overall 5/5 - I wish I had the same summer house one day 😊 but there is no see in Czechia.
