The heart of the house is the inviting kitchen, which is the natural gathering point after a day at the beach. With 120 sqm of terrace, you can always find a sunny spot or shade as well as enjoy barbecue dinners. The cottage 'Aage'

'Aage' is our lovely spacious summerhouse. Located a 5-minute walk from Sejerø Bay, where there is a jetty, or a 15-minute walk from the Kattegat. We have a beautiful nature plot with large old trees, cozy nooks and lots of sun. Built in the 70s but completely updated within the last few years. There's a newer kitchen, newer wood-burning stove, and the rest are refurbished and decorated in a mix of new and retro. There is a covered wooden terrace that provides shade from the sun or shelter from a light shower.

Welcome to our 181 m² Nordic-style luxury vacation home with room for 10 guests. We're Anders and Stine. Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Perfect for those looking to slow down and have calm, quiet days. The closest beach is a 5min walk away but the area offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Tir bakery is within walking distance along with Olga’s grill and ice cream shop and the local town of Havnebyen is 5km away which has all your shopping needs.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Cozy little cottage on the tip

Cozy little cottage in the middle of green tranquility and wild nature. The garden is filled with butterflies, paths, and a fire pit – plus a trampoline that can accommodate both children and adults (currently packed away). Within walking distance to the beach on both sides of Gniben and only 5 minutes by car to Havnebyen where there are restaurants and Zealand's best fish shop. All in all, a place to settle down.
