Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Our cozy log house is located on an undisturbed and sunny natural plot with heather. It's a 5-minute walk to Sejerøbugten. Enjoy all meals on the 65 m2 terrace, where deer, pheasants and hares pass by. Walk off the road 400 m down to the beach and take a dip from the jetty and then home under the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
