El Refugio is a little hidden gem for exploring Ramsgate. A short walk down the high street and you are in the harbour. The accomodation itself is lovely. We slept really well here, it was peacful and very calming. Alvaro and Simon made sure we were settled in and were always on hand if we had any questions. Will definitly stay again for our next family get together.

Me and my wife stayed here for our mini moon. It was the perfect place to relax after our wedding. The property was easy to find and the check in process was easy. The estate is beautiful with lots of walking routes around. The orangery where we stayed was very spacious and clean and had a lovely terrace overlooking the pond that you can sit at in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine. The bed was very comfy and the glass roof was very cool. On a clear night you can see the stars above you. The pool and games room is really close by which is great if it’s a bit chilly. The pool itself is amazing and very clean. Very happy with everything and great value for money.

We had a fabulous time in Broadstairs and would recommend anyone to stay at this lovely flat. It was the perfect location and space for the two of us with everything you need for a trip to the seaside. There was a minor issue in accessing the key which was solved before we had even finished the ice creams that we had bought to entertain us while we waited and Julie brought a lovely Easter egg for my son who was delighted by that as well as the buckets and spades already available for him to use.

Lovely base for a stay in Deal. Easy to walk to the town. V spacious for 2 adults, 1 teen and a dog. V responsive heating and clear instructions for how everything worked. Would recommend and return in the future as v good value. We all loved the shower and v comfortable beds.

Amazing 1 bedroom Apartment with a balcony view

The flat itself is a good size, clean and bright. It does get very warm at night, so we found it best to have windows open during the day, and then at night there is use of a fan in the bedroom if it's still too warm (point it diagonally towards the ceiling and it circulates great!). The bed is comfortable, and the living area isn't cluttered. There is a balcony that is a nice touch. The location is very handy, with Canning Town station within 10 minutes walk. To find the flat when walking from the station main entrance, turn right, then walk down the main road staying on the right hand side. You'll reach the flyover - stay to the right of that. The satnav or google map will send you to the left of the flyover - ignore it! The flat is in the building to the right of the children's play area/the left of the craft shop. Thank you for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Wagtail cottage. Tony have a wonderful and warm greeting when greeted and showed as around. The use of a parking space behind the cottage, that is gated,for our whole stay and time after we checked out was invaluable. The location is fantastic, with a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and he centre of town. The Millers Arms, just a 50 yard walk away, serves beautiful and tasty food. If you like seafood we would also recommend Chapmans seafood restaurant. We would definitely recommend a stay here for a couple and hope to return soon.

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.
