Freakin awesome. we honestly didn’t wanna leave. The place is huge, spotless, and whoever designed it knew what they were doing. Like, not just another bland rental it actually feels like someone’s home. You’re basically living in a postcard. It’s central, but chill and quiet once you’re back. Kinda like you’ve got your own little bubble in the middle of all the we could’ve sat garden all day, honestly perfect for decompressing. Host super friendly, replied fast, and paid attention to all the tiny details. You can tell they actually care if you’re having a good time, which is pretty rare. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint.

The room is very cozy and well-designed, clean and tidy, and all facilities are well-maintained.From kitchen utensils to toiletries, you can live as comfortably as you do at home. The 📍 location is also very good, with convenient transportation, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and attractions, and it is very convenient to get around. 🤝 The host was very welcoming and responsible, and provided a detailed check-in guide before check-in All in all, it was a stay that exceeded expectations.

Duygu was a brilliant host. She was friendly and quick to respond every time I messaged. It was very nice of her to personally welcome us when we arrived at her place and give us a tour of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and equipment. The entire piece was well furnished and the rooms were exactly as in the photos. Linen was clean. There was a nice spot in the backyard for our group to hang out as well as a living room. There was running hot water. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Taksim square and Nisantasi were about a twenty minute walk. There are many restaurants and groceries are available nearby. All in all, our stay at Duygu's place exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this house to big groups.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. The Galley Hotel was extremely accommodating to us for our 14+ person family reunion in Istanbul! This trip's purpose was for our family from Ukraine, Georgia, and America to all meet in one place for the first time in years, and we are so glad we chose The Galley Hotel for our extended stay. It was a perfect location both for accessing the city, having a spot to rest and recharge, and hosting family breakfasts and dinners. The hotel's resources were also very reliable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfasts we ordered were the perfect way to start our days, and the kitchen was such a vital part of our stay, providing for a place to gather, eat, and play games as a family. We enjoyed our stay at the accommodation very much and fully appreciated the fantastic view. Despite the larger group, as we traveled with children, we had enough space for everyone. Check-in went smoothly, even if we arrived a little late – Ahmet's family was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. The accommodation is well equipped and offers everything you need for everyday life. However, some furniture could be renewed in the foreseeable future as it shows signs of wear and tear over time.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

it was very good in terms of service and cleaning.. it was also very nice that it was exactly the same as the photos, that it was reliable and that there were items to meet all your needs at home. We liked it very much as a place, because of the garden, it was very good for the house due to the fact that the house is wooden, but you do not spend time in the house, it makes a little noise when you walk, but you are just going to sleep, so it is not very disturbing, thanks to the host, it was very kind and caring, thank you very much, we stayed very satisfied.
