I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Professionals , they know how to host Clean apartment , incredible view Will absolutely be my first choice in Istanbul The only negative thing that there is no elevator and it’s on the 4th floor , they sent a bellboy for check in and check out for the luggage tho

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Samet is the consummate professional. His home looks just like the photos with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus. He was there to greet us, let us in the home, oriented us to things. He also helped arrange for excellent transportation to and from the airport. We would come back to this place!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Great location to see Istanbul and amazing view from the place. The neighborhood is charming and a close walk to popular spots like Taksim Square and a bunch of great restaurants/locations in Cihangir and Karaköy...just be ready for some uphill walking. Right by a train line to take to historic sites in Fatih or to a nearby stop where you can ferry across to the Asian side. Lots of awesome cats to befriend nearby too. You'll have to trek up some stairs (about 64 steps) which was okay for us. The AC worked well and the wifi was decent. The shower was pretty tight on space and could be difficult for taller folks but the hot water was reliable and it gets HOT. It would've been nice to have some extra amenities provided like paper towel, laundry detergent, add'l toilet paper, etc. but there are shops nearby. Bed was comfy, pillows were okay. Hasan was friendly and very responsive. He helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which was much appreciated.

The living facilities are good. Transportation is good. Immediate response to any inconvenience. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The hill road is a bit difficult.

Nice location, nice view and cute interior. The place is a lot more spacious than what I expected. A very comfortable stay in general.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

The accommodation was exactly as in the photo. We had no problems with communication, our questions were answered immediately. The location was very convenient and safe. We received it clean and tidy. It's a really ideal place to relax, have fun and swim

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x
