احب اشكر الاخ ابو ياسين شخص في قمة الاخلاق و الاحترام. سريع الاستجابة و الخدمة من ناحية الشقه كانت نظيفة و كان فيه اشكاليه في السخان وتمت معالجتها على الفور عند ابلاغه.

Evin özellikle konumu mükemmeldi. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sorun yoktu, ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey vardı. Ev sahibine sorularıma çok hızlı cevap verdiği ve destekleri için teşekkür ederim.

Ev temiz ve güzeldi konumu da gayet iyiydi ve sessizdi. Tevfik bey ile iletişim sorunsuzdu. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's in a nice zone full off possibilities to go out, eat, drink and have fun. They were very kind and flexible with us, even at 10pm they responded in a few minutes.

مضيف مميز وكذالك المسكن نظيف وكبير وكل الادوات المنزليه متوفره لاكن هناك اشكاليه في باب الحمام لا يمكن اغلاقه بسهوله يجب ان يتم عمل صيانه له

We had a great stay at this home. It was very close to the bus stop to get to taksim square. There was a fun cat as well who could be found outside the door a majority of the time (have treats to bribe the cat to leave and enter the home). Overall the place has everything we needed for our trip.

Clean and tidy apartment Worth with this price Nice stay

El departamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, a pasos del metro y estación de buses, cerca del Mall Cevahir en donde hay muchos locales de comida. A pasos de una panadería exquisita y supermercado. El dormitorio sin duda lo mejor, la cama hizo de mi descanso lo mejor. La cocina muy útil, el AC de la habitación buenísima, el baño y dormitorio tienen buen tamaño. El sillón de la sala maravilloso. Como sugerencia, cambiaría el TV por algo mas moderno al igual que la maquina de ingreso al edificio, ya que cuesta mucho colocar la clave. Cambiaría además los muebles de cocina y pintaría las paredes (esto se ve un poco usado). No hay ruido nocturno, esta en un sector muy tranquilo. Para llegar a la estación de metro, bus, supermercado, pastelería y otros hay que subir una pequeña cuesta, nada grave pero para personas con movilidad reducida hay que considerarlo. Sin duda al regresar a Estambul me hospedaje aqui, porque se siente muy HOGAR el departamento. Gracias.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and conveniently located near shops and public transportation. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. One small note: the fridge might need to be checked. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Очень остались довольны, все необходимое и даже больше было! Техника не особо новая но все исправно, хозяин быстро реагировал на любой вопрос, жилье рядом с метро в 3х минутах ходьбы, рекомендую.

I had an amazing stay in Istanbul, thanks to Arash's warm hospitality and constant availability. The apartment is modern, clean, and bright, with excellent air conditioning. The amenities, including colored lighting, a large TV, a coffee machine, and more, really enhanced my experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Arash's apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay.
