Incredible! Thanks again for the responsiveness and warm hospitality! After being scammed by the first hotel, Adam saved our stay in Istanbul. The apartment is perfect, you feel at home there, the residence, secure, is amazing with all the amenities like the pool and the gym! Thanks so much for hosting us so quickly, it was perfect!

Everything accessible by taxi or public transport. Building almost new with sauna and fitness. Restorants and shops nearby. Bit of noise from the lane but with windows closed very good. We were satisfied with these apartments. Two bathrooms, 2 WC, all amenities for large families. Thank you Nilüfer.

Nagehan's place is wonderful. It feels like home. Everything very clean and as seen on the pictures. The area is quiet, there is a lot of shopping, the buses are minutes away and you can get from A to B. Nagehan is a wonderful host, she was always available and quick to respond if I had any questions, super polite and likeable!! I would recommend Nagehan and her place to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Istanbul. I would book this accommodation again and again! Thanks very much Nagehan for everything !!

The location is super suitable for activities of all kinds (Bim to the center, harbor right nearby). The place with the view is unique and the landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to questions!

The perfect host. I had twins who were unwell and the host was so kind enough to get us a second cot. I was never expecting that but it was the best gesture someone could expect. She was also nice to offer us to check out later so that my babies could sleep in a little longer before the flight back home. Location is great with a lot of shops near by to buy stuff before our trip back.

Thoroughly we loved and enjoyed living in the house. A very strategic and central place in the city of Taksim that makes it easy for all transportation and food access. In addition, there are many amenities that are already available in it such as a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. But unfortunately the microwave can't work properly even though we've tried to follow the instructions from the owner. The smell in the bathroom is not good, but it's still clean and the water also works well.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

Excellent location. Excellent host. Good public transport links. Additional recommendations by host really added value to our holiday experience. A truly unique stay in a beautiful charming region of Istanbul city. Thoroughly recommend it!

The flat was exactly as described. Being on the 5th floor it was above street level noise, which was not considerable at this distance from Taksim Sq. It was spacious and generally well fitted out. I was not entirely sure whether the price was slightly high (as another guest commented), but in the end it was a very enjoyable stay.

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.

Great apartment in a new building . The option for free parking is Perfeckt . There is a reception which made the check in easy . We were during the winter, and the apartment is with nice temperature . Great apartment , with two bathrooms , comfortable beds ( which is really important for me )

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

We had a pleasant stay in Istanbul. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (metro subway). Excursion destinations as well. Shops for daily shopping can be easily reached on foot. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. We would stay there again.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6 people. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were some shortcomings in the house that were promptly filled by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb from the apartment to Taksim Square can be uncomfortable for those with serious mobility difficulties, so just be careful of this. Elevators, water and electricity always in perfect working order. The apartment is on the border between the new area of Taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problems as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. A little noise from the street (Istanbul, in general, is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., he will always be of complete help.

The housing is tidy and family , its place is clear, safe, and check in and out was quick and easy . The kitchen has basic tools as well as a washing machine. There are lifts, fast and large .. There is a Split air conditioner in the hall and one of the rooms . There is also a small bakery and cuisine restaurant inside the building (I didn't try it, but it smelled great ) There is another restaurant for sandwiches in the same building that can be reached by getting out of the building, but it is adjacent we tried and it is delicious . There is also a few meters away from the gas station . The host is very cooperative and responsive. The communication was done for the purpose of fixing the lighting and an employee was sent quickly and the problem was solved. I highly recommend housing and will surely come back later..
