The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a very good time in Anna's apartment. Bright, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The terrace is very nice and spacious. I would have liked to stay a few more days! The area is quiet and you can easily get to the center of Pedaso. Anna was always very kind and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Laura's apartment is practically new, equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can spend a few hours of absolute relaxation; the location is nothing short of excellent, just cross the street to be on the beach and enjoy the umbrella included in the price! Laura was very ready to accommodate our request to book a second umbrella near the first one. Thanks to the proximity of the shops in the city center and the excellent restaurants on the waterfront, we were able not to use the car for the whole week, an element that definitely contributes to the relaxation of the holiday. Nearby there is ample parking available, just be patient in the busiest hours of the waterfront. Overall an extremely positive experience!

Stayed on Marco's place for 11 days and i never felt away from home. the place is walkable distance from the Mondolfo center and about 15 minutes away from the beaches. marco sent local recommendations for food and gelato which is a plus.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

We stayed for two weeks (February -April) at Fausto’s place. Enjoyed everything about this house, very private with beautiful backyard garden fully fenced which was great for our dog. The house was spotless clean from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. The surroundings - the area short drive (5-10 minutes) is dotted with beautiful top-hill historic villages, vineyards, olive and vegetable farms. Good eateries everywhere. Fausto, our host, was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to comunicate with and super responsive. Overall, it’s a five star for everything and we highly recommend Fausto’s place to everyone planing to visit the area any time of the year!

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. We were able to walk to the beach and downtown. The private parking in front of the house was also great. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Highly recommended! We would love to come back.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Beautiful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-kept garden. Possibility of accessing the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the accommodation area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults and a tennis/soccer field. We had a very good time and if possible we will return in the future.

We had a wonderful ten days in this apartment. The location is strategic, a stone's throw from the beach and all services. The apartment is well furnished, functional and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, coffee machine, toaster, electric broom, fast Wi-Fi, Sky TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very kind and always available and provided us with all the necessary information. Highly recommended!
