Very nice, cozy and well served accommodation, beautiful view from the windows of the apartment. Claudia's mom was very helpful and never intrusive to us and gave us tips on what to do in the area. The area is very quiet, amenities are easily accessible. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Montenovo Country House for the first time this year from the 25th June to the 9th July. From the moment we first made contact to enquire about renting the apartment, the owner, Anna couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to us. On arrival, Anna met with us and showed us around the apartment and swimming pool area. Everything was just perfect and our chosen apartment called Rustico was very charming, well equipped and immaculate inside. We had a fantastic holiday here with our family, enjoying the beautiful far reaching views, the large swimming pool and the peaceful relaxing location. The surrounding area around Ostra Vetere is absolutely stunning with Senigallia beach only twenty minutes car journey away. Thank you to Anna for all your hospitality and we will definitely be returning again to Montenovo Country House again next year.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

Upon our arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by Laura. She showed us the house directly and immediately gave us many great tips for activities and restaurants in the area. The house is an absolute dream. It is very clean and everything is well maintained. The veranda and garden are beautifully landscaped with great views of the village and nature. It's very quiet and we felt right at home. Restaurants as well as the beautiful, small neighboring towns are all super to reach by car or even on foot. Laura is a great hostess. She had a lot of valuable tips for us that made our vacation unforgettable! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit! We highly recommend the Casale di Laura!!

Quiet area and you can enjoy a wonderful view from the balcony! Basic apartment but new and clean. In 10 minutes on foot you get to Sirolo and you can take different paths to explore Mount Conero! There are lots of activities you can do nearby and there is also plenty of space to relax in the garden. The presence of Mango, a respectful and well-behaved dog, was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

I booked a two-night stay, arriving late Friday night. We had no problem finding the place or checking in. Unfortunately, the next morning we had to leave. But Roberta and Riccardo were very kind and understanding the situation they changed our reservation to allow us to have a refund for the night not used. We really appreciated the gesture. The location is located in a spectacular place, very well cared for and close to the sea. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this beautiful place more, but surely if we are passing through again we will not hesitate to contact them again.

We spent three nights with our family of five and our dog at Marco's place. We felt very comfortable. The farmhouse with the natural stones and the open wooden beam exudes a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very spacious and well suited for a larger family. The area with the many populated hills is unique. Marco was very accommodating and helpful. The sibilline mountains are just a stone's throw away, we did two beautiful hikes to the Lame Rosse and the Infernaccio Gorge. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Everything is perfect. Absolutely quality apartment in everything, with that extra something... The great attention to detail and the attention of the owners made our stay really pleasant. It will be a pleasure to be able to return, thanks to Marco and Eleonora.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Hill villa with a huge garden around it, two floors, well-distributed spaces, very cozy house, helpful and kind owner. The house is ideally located to visit the Conero area. There were 8 of us and we had a very good time.

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Pardo was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

Pamela met us outside the door and showed us around. A welcome letter was waiting for us with rules and recommendations (also sent in an email) and the names of her terrific pets. Elisabetta and Riccardo are the loveliest people, they were really taking good care of us. The view from the pool is phenomenal and we enjoyed our time. With our bikes we took excursions to Sirolo and Ancona, must see places. Would love to come again.

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

Cristina and her family were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home, serene and pampered. Their villa is amazing. Recommended host!
