Great accomodation with lots of space, stunning view to the ocean, nice pool area and a lovely garden with lots of fruits to enjoy. Francesco was a very friendly host.

Everything was perfect! The experience was beautiful, the house and the surrounding area are even more beautiful live than I expected, inside there was everything you need and even more. But above all, the hosts were impeccable from the first moment to the last. Very quick to respond, proactive, very helpful, very kind and very patient despite our great delay in the time we had requested for check-in. I couldn't recommend it more.

Very clean and tidy house, especially the pool, from which you could have a fantastic panoramic view. In addition, the host is very welcoming, easily available and friendly.

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Lucia's place in Castelfidardo. The apartment is stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The garden was a real highlight, with amazing views of the hills. The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, close to Ancona and great for exploring the area either by car or bike. Lucia and her parents are wonderful hosts, super friendly and always reachable with helpful tips. A very nice experience which we highly recommend and would love to return in the future. For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and woods, the outdoor space great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept, the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Mario is a super host, always available and extremely helpful! The house was as described and has a great private garden with fence, so if you have a dog it comes really handy! Generally a recommendation to any family with kids and a pet.

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC
