Flávia was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. I received all the instructions in advance very clearly. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very cozy. The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

Great house, good location, with a very beautiful beach, practically on the sand. We were very surprised. Not to mention that the hostess Adalgisa, she wrote to us very well, and without giving us the greatest attention, we can only thank her for her hospitality.

We had a beautiful stay where as a couple we could enjoy the spectacular house and the quiet and very nice surroundings with many attractions nearby. The place is as spectacular as the description and was spotless, it has everything you need to enjoy and rest.

Monica is a super host, friendly, nice and very attentive. The house is beautiful, with very original decoration and very good taste. The view is impressive, you can see the entire Bay and since it is not a very busy area there is absolute silence and tranquility. You can hear the birds and other bugs of the natural Brazilian forest. Hopefully we can go back soon

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

Privileged location, very close to the sea of Rosa Sul. Very good and comfortable bed. Beautiful from the balcony of the room with excellent ventilation.

Fantastic location in Ribeirao da Ilha. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the privacy of the deck with a view over the bay was spectacular - especially from the pool or hot tub. Rancho Acoriano was hands down the best restaurant of the many options; you can miss it! Renato the owner was fantastic to work with; thank you for an unforgettable week!

The area has a special magic, very quiet, many beautiful beaches without pollution to enjoy as a family, the people of the area are very friendly, everything is very safe. We had a very good experience in the house, the view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and the terrain too, the surroundings are beautiful and it's great for relaxing, it was our first experience renting an airbnb and we really liked the place. We had some negative points in the matter of cleaning and maintenance, they were ready to resolve. Communication with her was easy and she gave a lot of assistance. It would return again, but it is important to pay more attention to the process made at the home before check-in.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.

Zé is a great host and the house is incredible. In less than a minute, you are at the beach and there are restaurants in the area where you can eat great food for a reasonable price.
