There are two en-suites, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, we do not rent separately. Close to the beach and the city center. Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.
