An den Rhein sind es 10-15 min zu Fuß Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Wohnung Busanbindung in ca 150m Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet. Unser Haus ist fertig. Aber ab und zu kann es Baulärm geben. (Anliegende Häuser) Außenanlage ist noch nicht fertiggestellt und wird im Sommer / Herbst 2019 nach und nach angelegt.

Dieser bietet mit Holzsauna*, beheiztem Whirlpool*, Grill, Feuerstelle, Hängematte und überdachter Terrasse viele Möglichkeiten der Erholung und dies zu jeder Jahreszeit.(*gegen Gebühr)

Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.
