fantastic space, it looked recently renovated and the kitchen and other spaces were modern. the neighbourhood was quiet and our toddler loved walking and exploring the neighbourhood with us.

Marco is a great host and was always helpful. The house is right in the old part of Macomer in a quiet side street but close to the main street. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, and Marco made me very welcome.

Bosa is a perfect place to stay to explore the central and northern Sardinia. In this season Bosa Marina is very quiet and peaceful but with very few restaurants & shops open. But with a car Bosa itself has everything you need. The apartment was exactly as described and was a very comfortable haven for me and my family. It was also lovely having the personalised touch of Pasquina's books, artwork, etc. around giving the space a great feel. And the view from the windows of sea and sunsets was wonderful. In full disclosure, I will admit that the 4 floors walk-up was daunting and not ideal for babies, small children and those not in great shape! But there view was a reward! Another point that was totally our fault for not noticing before booking is the lack of WiFi. Two of the 4 of us staying had planned this as a working holiday - we managed to find work arounds but WiFi provided would have made this perfect. I must emphasize - it was our fault - nothing was mis-presented in the listing.

The accommodation is in the heart of the village, typical of this area. The streets are steep and the accommodation is on several levels. It has everything you need to feel "at home", with all the comforts and a beautiful view from the small very pleasant terrace. Monica is a warm host who welcomed us with a small welcome drink. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate with a few words of English with her husband and a few words of French with Monica. We had a lovely stay despite the more than gloomy weather.
