It is a very nice house, the pool, a dining room and grill next door, perfect for a family vacation, where you can be on the beach with walking a few meters, spacious rooms, very equipped kitchen, there was a problem with a minisplit in one of the rooms but Martin was always attentive and ready to solve, we would definitely come back!

The house is very nice, spacious and well-equipped, with AC, kitchen utensils and linens. Noelia and her husband were very helpful and kind during our stay. They have security and administrative staff who take care of visitors' needs. It is 5 minutes from Pelicanos Beach and 10 minutes from Malecón de Altata, close to restaurants. It has its beach club, swimming pool and beach furniture, and you can even cook at the house and make a bonfire on the beach. Suggestions for improvement: include two towels per occupant (for pool and beach use and another for daily bathing), include a brush in each bathroom to clean the bathroom, improve the quality of the internet. What we loved: recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and local contacts for food, and their willingness to make our stay comfortable. Setbacks: Visiting neighbors who do not respect the rules and are very noisy late at night, however the complaint was resolved.

Excellent house, especially for several couples, the private area is super quiet and the photos are exactly as the house is.

Patricia's home is the perfect match for anyone seeking a beautiful setting with all the comforts of home, with plenty of private corners and communal gathering spots. As we rented the full home, we had plenty of bedrooms, and two kitchens to choose from. The upstairs in particular is spectacular, with an open plan design, which included dining an living room, fully stocked kitchen, king bed, shower, tub and bathroom. We (two couples) decided to use the two bedrooms downstairs as our quarters overnight, so that we could enjoy the upstairs as communal space. This home is perfect for a family of 6, or two couples.

Ruben is a great host. Someone there to help. The house meet our expectations. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
