Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Silz

We had a wonderful stay at Theresa's place! The apartment was simple but very cozily furnished, so we immediately felt comfortable. In the kitchen there was everything you need to cook comfortably. The apartment was absolutely clean and maintained. Parking right in front of the door was super convenient. We especially enjoyed the magnificent views and the quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing. Theresa is a very warm and friendly host. We would definitely come back again and can only recommend this place! Thank you for the time :)

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The space was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared with a lot of love. We particularly liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together for a long time in the evening. However, those who wanted also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the division with 12 people in the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

The house on the edge of the forest is beautiful. Inside it is great, with the sauna/bar room just great. The garden, with barbecue area and the canopy next to it invites you to barbecue in fine weather. You can go hiking directly and enjoy nature! It was just perfect!

There were five of us, very nice days in the house. The house has a wonderful charm and it lacks nothing for a relaxed togetherness and a rest from everyday life. The environment of the house is excellent for an outdoor breakfast, the others to breathe through, in the already noticeable fresh mountain air. The house has a great location and charisma, so you don't actually have to get away at all. We will definitely be back, it's the ideal place for our next family reunion

We used the apartment for our short ski holiday with our four children and felt very comfortable. Even though there is no ski room or the like, we could dry the clothes on the clothes on the clothes rack and the indoor shoes on the heater in the dining room very well. The apartment is very cozy and really very good and also very nicely equipped. Equipment is also available for more elaborate cooking and baking. We both cooked and ate several times at the Gasthaus Goldener Hirsch. We highly recommend the inn. Note at the bakery that he is closed on Monday as of March 2025. The hosts prepared the apartment perfectly, clean, tidy and optimally heated. It was also extremely nice that the hosts sent us home our key, which we forgot on departure in the apartment. Sincere thanks for the hospitality, we will be happy to return!

We had a lovely week. It was clean, the decor very nice, we had everything we needed. Kathrin was within easy reach.

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

Great top-quality equipped appartement in the center of Seefeld with fantastic view.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good. The apartment is very cute and the view is amazing!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate entrance with a cute little terrace. The equipment of the apartment is really super good. You don't need anything because everything is set up and thoughtful down to the last detail. Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
