Monthly Rentals in Silvis

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing value! We will absolutely stay here again when we are in town. Maribel is so kind and this apartment felt so clean and cozy. Thank you so much for hosting my little family on such short notice. She even let us come back after we checked out to get our bag of frozen food out of the freezer. The location is amazing. Perfect for a small family, a couples getaway, anything honestly. One of the best stays my family has experienced, for sure. Thank you so much!

Perfect temporary residence during my annual home visit. Inside was tastefully decorated, fully furnished and comfortable, and the yard gave my pup a place to roam instead of being stuck in a hotel for a week. He even got up close and personal with three deer that came right up to the mudroom to say hi. House is at the end of a dead end street and the neighbors are pretty quiet so it was peaceful, which was exactly what I was looking for. The location is great too - it was located near my family's homes and an easy drive to Davenport for doggy daycare every day. Hopefully this will be available again next year!

I highly enjoyed my 4 night stay! It was nice and quiet, and I loved being beside the woods. There was a wonderful book with things to do in the area and a helpful page with info on the cabin (WiFi password, helpful instructions, etc). It was such a nice touch! I also had the best nights sleep. I live locally but in a third floor apartment and needed a place to stay while healing from an injury. I also wanted to note I am a solo female traveler and felt safe here. I will highly recommend this place to anyone!
