This apartment is great for those who want to be close to the sea, it has many shops nearby, bars, pharmacies, McDonald's and even a Japanese restaurant. The house is very welcoming, spacious and equipped with many amenities and is located in a very strategic area because you never need to use the car.

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

Unforgettable vacation with fantastic sea views! We had the pleasure of spending 9 days in this wonderful place and are thrilled! The hosts are extremely discreet and make you feel right at home. If there are any problems, they respond incredibly quickly and find solutions immediately. The view of the sea is simply fantastic. In addition, the property is only about 10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches that can be found in the area. In just 10 minutes' walk you can reach the picturesque village of Montepagano. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit!

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

The two night stay at Ferdinando’s was excellent! It had the a great space for relaxing with family and friends and everything was well equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and the shops and the train station on departure. Thank you for this stay at your beautiful apartment.

Max is a super helpful and responsive host, the room is cozy and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom offers all the necessary amenities (all new bathroom fixtures) as well as the kitchen. The welcome chocolates were much appreciated :)

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Very special old house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center. I also loved the furnishings, with attention to detail. I recommend this property for a 2-3 day stay in spring/summer, when you can also enjoy the terrace.

A unique experience, Annalisa and her husband made us feel at home right away. The apartment was served in all respects and the location was unique, exactly behind the central street of Silvi Alta, but immersed in incredible tranquility. A short walk away was the summer life of Silvi and the Belvedere, I highly recommend!

Our stay at Franca's was super comfortable. The house matches the description, in fact it's even more beautiful in person! Clean, tidy, very spacious rooms. Rather cool, but when needed we had fans and a cooler available. The garden is very large and well fenced so ideal for those traveling with their dog. Large outdoor spaces for eating, barbecuing or just relaxing. Franca and her husband Raffaele were super responsive and always available for any clarification. Really very nice. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is really close to the sea (50 meters), among other things in our truly beautiful period. A few steps away is the possibility of finding 3 free beaches. Paola was very helpful (one day I asked for two accessories for the kitchen that were missing, and by night she made me have new ones). For check-in, he contacted us a few days before to tell us that the accommodation was free from the morning and that we could anticipate. Overall positive experience.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

It was a goodexperience, the house is very cozy and you can breathe a tranquility that can recharge you... convenient location, on the hill a few minutes by car from the sea. Highly recommended, we were greeted by Allen's mom, a nice lady who was always available!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

Definitely positive stay! I stayed with the family plus one guest added at the last minute. Chiara and family's availability and attention are laudable. Chiara provides a lot of information and (timely) tips on where to go and what to do. The house is huge and the garden (with orchard) too. The foosball table was the cherry on vacation for everyone.
