Il soggiorno a casa di Monica è stato semplicemente perfetto sia per la magnifica accoglienza che per l’ alloggio super grazioso e pulito. Anche Giulianova (per noi prima volta) ci è piaciuta sia per il mare che per i servizi.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft bei einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Questo appartamento e ottimo per chi vuole stare vicino al mare ha tanti negozi vicino ,bar,farmacie, McDonald's e ristorante anche giapponese . La casa e molto accogliente,spaziosa e dotata di tanti comfort ed e situata in una zona molto strategica perché non c'è bisogno mai di usare l'auto .

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

The two night stay at Ferdinando’s was excellent! It had the a great space for relaxing with family and friends and everything was well equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and the shops and the train station on departure. Thank you for this stay at your beautiful apartment.

Max è un host super disponibile e reattivo, la camera è accogliente e il letto comodissimo. Il bagno offre tutti i servizi necessari (sanitari tutti nuovi) come anche la cucina. Molto apprezzati i cioccolatini di benvenuto :)

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Casa antica molto particolare con un terrazzo stupendo che affaccia sui tetti del centro storico. Ho amato anche gli arredi, curati nei minimi particolari. Consiglio questa struttura per un soggiorno di 2-3 giorni in primavera/estate, quando è possibile godersi anche il terrazzo.

Tutto bene. Arredamenti nuovi e moderni. Zona centrale e ben servita. Facilità di parcheggio.

Esperienza unica, Annalisa e suo marito ci hanno fatti sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento era servito sotto tutti gli aspetti e la posizione era unica, a esattamente dietro alla strada centrale di Silvi Alta, ma immersa in una tranquillità incredibile. A pochi passi c'era la vita estiva di Silvi ed il Belvedere, consiglio vivamente!

Il nostro soggiorno da Franca é stato super confortevole. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, anzi dal vivo é ancora più bella! Pulita, in ordine, stanze molto spaziose. Piuttosto fresca, ma al bisogno avevamo a disposizione ventilatori e raffrescatore. Il giardino é molto ampio e ben recintato quindi ideale per chi viaggia con il proprio cane. Ampi spazi esterni per mangiare, fare il barbecue o semplicemente rilassarsi. Franca e suo marito Raffaele sono stati super reattivi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi chiarimento. Davvero molto carini. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'alloggio dista veramente poco dal mare (50 mt), tra laltro nel nostro periodo veramente splendido. A pochi passi c'è la possibilità di trovare 3 spiagge libere. Paola molto disponibile (un giorno le ho chiesto due accessori per la cucina che mancavano, ed entro sera me li ha fatti avere nuovi). Per il check in ci ha contattati qualche giorno prima per dirci che l'alloggio era libero dal mattino e che avremmo potuto anticipare. Nel complesso comunque esperienza positiva.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa di Lorenzo/Antonella per due settimane. La casa si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla a 150 mt dal mare dove ci sono sia stabilimenti che spiagge libere (mare pulitissimo e spiagge di sabbia)... nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercati... quindi volendo si puo' abbandonare la macchina e girare a piedi o in bici per l'intera vacanza. La casa è assolutamente PULITA, ordinata, accessoriata di tutto l'occorrente, di dimensioni ottimali per 2/4 persone... ha un bello spazio esterno pavimentato e recintato, per cui noi che viaggiavamo con due cagnoline l'abbiamo trovato utilissimo e loro sono state felici di poter giocare fuori... inoltre vi è una zona coperta da una tenda da sole e attrezzata con tavolo e sedie comodissima per passare del tempo all'esterno. Lorenzo e Antonella sono due persone gentili e simpatiche, con cui abbiamo comunicato benissimo. Se torneremo a Silvi speriamo di poter soggiornare di nuovo li.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

E' stat una bell'esperienza, la casa è molto accogliente e si respira una tranquillità capace di ricaricarti... posizione comoda, in collina a pochi minuti in auto dal mare. Consigliatissimo, siamo stati accolti dalla mamma di Allen, signora simpatica che si è resa sempre disponibile!

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

Soggiorno decisamente positivo! Ho soggiornato con la famiglia più un ospite aggiunto all'ultimo momento. La disponibilità e attenzione di Chiara e famiglia sono lodevoli. Chiara fornisce molte informazioni e dritte (tempestive) su dove andare e cosa fare. La casa è enorme e il giardino (con frutteto) anche. Il biliardino poi...è stata la ciliegina della vacanza per tutti. Grazie Chiara
