Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

It’s my second time to stay at Leonarda’s place. As during my previous stay everything was above and beyond expectations. I will definitely come back if again in Pescara. Thank you Leonarda for being such a generous and caring host!

Recently built apartment, well-furnished and matches the description. Located on the waterfront in a convenient location with amenities. Ours enjoyed a beautiful living terrace with sea views and the surrounding hills. Owners present and available. Definitely recommended.

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and description: beautiful! Spacious, comfortable location with everything you need for a great stay! The location is fantastic, a few minutes' walk to the train station and with restaurants, markets, shops just a few steps away. Christian is an excellent host, very kind and gave us tips and helped us with information and taxi orders (which we didn't even need because the location is really so good that you can do everything on foot). We had a fantastic time at this place!

Very nice and clean apartment! There are all the amenities! The view from the balcony is amazing! You can see the sunrise! 1 minute from the sea! Huge beaches! Very kind host! We'd love to come back!

Our host was great and very flexible with checking in and out of the place. Gave us some great recommendations for food in the area. Communication was top-tier and very helpful.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The apartment has a beautiful front garden with a seating area towards the sea where it was pleasantly sitting and relaxing. There is an outdoor shower and a seating area under the umbrella that provided a nice coolness. From the front garden you go straight to the beach where there are few people. Public beaches 5 minutes down the beach. Alessandro and his wife were nice hosts, they pointed out everything to us, recommended us nearby restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. If we needed anything, they gave us advice, responded quickly, perfect communication. We recommend.

This super cute and comfortable loft in the center of Lanciano boasts amazing views and unbeatable convenience. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the incredible hosts. They treated us like family, even surprising us with champagne and local pastries! The loft itself is charming and cozy, making it the perfect home base. Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.
