House vacation rentals in Siloam Springs

Our group of 4 began planning this trip in the spring of 2020. The covid bug reared it's ugly head and we postponed until Oct, 2020, thinking " By Oct. it will all be blown over! Well...4 years later...there we were! FINALLY! It was well worth the wait! I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort,tranquility and ....location, location, location! The home was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck! We found something new to do every day! I'd go back tomorrow and I'm sure we'd find more fun things to do! Beaver Lake is amazing and we regretted that the Marina was closed for the season so we didn't get out on this huge lake! Thanks to Jon, our host, for being "available", patient and flexible! Thanks to the people of North West Arkansas for being so friendly, fun and welcoming!! Altogether? A perfect week! ( Except it was too short)

We loved staying here! The house was so fun with the fun and hot tub. The rooms and set up of the house was great and had everything we needed. The house was at a perfect location to walk or bike into town and the neighborhood was very cute. We hope to come back again!

This place is awesome there are neighbors right next door, but other than that the place is pretty private feeling. It was easy to find and there’s plenty to do downtown which is not far away.

Always love visiting Rogers!! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays!! Great area! Even better home! So clean and cozy! Owners were great! Even dropped some things off to us late at night that were missing. Will definitely book here again!!

We highly enjoyed staying at this property while we checked out the trails in Bentonville. A nice quiet neighborhood and close to the trails. The home had everything we needed! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I (and our two small dogs) had such an amazing and relaxing long weekend at the cabin! We mostly hung around the cabin and checked out some of the nearby trails and parks. Everything was very comfortable! Desiree always answered messages super quickly while we were planning our stay (including when we extended our stay). Already hoping to plan another trip to the cabin! Thanks so much for everything!

We had fierce storms for the first part of our stay and that also gave a different feel to the beautiful lake view that we would have missed with perfect weather. A bonus for us :) We cooked the whole time and the spacial kitchen was amazing. Just wonderful. If you have anyone that has issues with stair climbing this would be an concern. When you enter, the master bedroom, (which was awesome with an amazing view) is on that floor. From there, you have to climb up to the floor with the kitchen, living room and more awesome views or climb down to the game room floor which was also wonderful. I'm sure not an issue for most, but if you have elderly or physically challenged guests, it might be. Over all it was restful and we were so happy to have the opportunity to stay at Jennifer's beautiful house. Thank you!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Great house!

The place was perfect for our group, beautiful views, comfy beds and gracious hosts. Plenty of kitchen ware and clean linens. Has a homey feel, was very clean, which was comfortable for all! The best was having 2 distinct living areas for adults/kids to spread out.

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean space right off the boulevard. I was there for work, so I didn’t have time to do much in town, but definitely recommend this space if you need a nice quiet home to stay at.

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

We have stayed here two years in a row now and have enjoyed it so much! Little touches like providing the ingredients to make s'mores at the fire pit are so appreciated. They also provide amenities that some places charge extra for, such as, use of their kayaks and life jackets. Kimberly has been very responsive when we have had questions. The kids have requested to come back here every year!

Great place to stay with a large family, house was clean and cozy… boat launch was one minute away, we had a wonderful time here.

We stayed a few nights at the end of march and had a great time! The house if very private, although you could see some houses in the distance, once the leaves are back on the trees it would be super private. Very quiet and clean, the host is super responsive and had some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do! The house itself was very clean and had plenty of games and things to do to keep busy without having to leave. We would love to be able to come back soon!

What a beautiful place! Spectacular views and close to Petit Bay Park. This location was perfect for our small ministry retreat. There was plenty of space to spread out and we loved the spacious well-equipped kitchen! Tahlequah is about a 15 minute drive. We did pick up pizza from Sam and Ella’s in Tahlequah. It was delicious! There are steep stairs from the lower level to the upper floor so be aware if you’re traveling with someone who might find it challenging. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms upstairs. We are appreciative that Ruth shares this property with others. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful location and peaceful setting. The home was clean and welcoming. David was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect spot for the Highlands Gravel Classic! Hector's place was exactly what I needed - clean, spacious, and less than 15 minutes from the race start. Though family circumstances limited my stay to one night instead of two, I was impressed with the peaceful lakeside neighborhood and how easy Hector made everything from communication to check-in. The three bedrooms offered plenty of space, the kitchen was spotless, and I slept exceptionally well (crucial before race day). Hector was responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely recommend to fellow cyclists coming for the race or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a serene setting.
