I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

We met up with my parents in Istanbul and chose Baris’s place — and we couldn’t have made a better decision. There were five of us, including a two-year-old child. The apartment is very spacious, bright, comfortable, and quiet. Even though the living room faces a main street with a tram line, the bedrooms are facing a peaceful courtyard, so we all slept well. The kitchen was very well-equipped — there was everything we needed to cook! Baris was very attentive and always available. We had a small issue with the shower faucet, but he resolved it quickly. He also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Baris’s place!

The house was the same as in the photos, we never had a mistake, the house was very clean and warm, if we go again, we will choose it again:) It has a little slope, but Ms. Cemre recommended it to us in beautiful places and had a great fish:)

We had a great time and would strongly recommend. It is close to Galatatower, public transport and supermarkets. It felt like home.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

Everything was complete and very good, everything was available, everything was available, I felt like I was at home, only the entrance could be easier, every time I entered the lobby, I was asked questions for confirmation purposes, but the security, cleanliness and abundance of materials were very satisfied, there was nothing missing, it is very good to have a migraine downstairs, everything is available.
