Monthly Rentals in Siesta Key

I stayed in one of Sharon’s units for 3 mounts during my travel contract and it was the best place I’ve stayed in by far in my travel journey. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors also close to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

We loved this condo and the facitities. We were 2 adults, myself and my 20 yr old son. The place is perfect for quiet guests who want a relaxing vacation. Mostly adult people, in all units. Great pool and gym, as well as tennis court. The location could not be better if you want to be close to everything in Sarasota - beaches, restaurants, downtown, parks etc. The host was always responding very swiftly and friendly, and resolved any practical issues we had during our stay. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms fresh, and bedrooms were spacious. The convenience of having bath towels and beach chairs available was great. We would come back for sure. We did not feel like we were living in someones home. There were not a lot of nick nacks and personal stuff, which is something I appreciate. Clean and neat, but everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We can highly recommend this condo, and the friendly and helpful hosts. Our stay was pretty much perfect!

We love this condo so much we already booked for next year, The location is amazing and we easily walked to beach in 10-20 minutes (depending on wait for traffic.). The outdoors is beautiful and peaceful. There were 3 of us in the condo and the size was perfect. If there is an issue, it is dealt with in 10 minutes and addressed by the team. Pictures on Airbnb are accurate. As a mention, we noticed some damage of chairs on back porch, perhaps related to last hurricane. We assume these will be replaced. The sofa and chairs in living room could use a cleaning....With that said, we find this condo perfect for our 3 week stay.

We had a great time exploring Sarasota from this condo. We were a few minutes away from beaches, and could walk to the Selby Gardens, the downtown farmer's market and marina. Our host Lloyd checked in with us more than once and gave us great suggestions. We were sad to go when our stay was up.
