Andrew was a very helpful and responsive host. The house was beautiful, clean and has described. we love Bradenton and will be back. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and location provided easy access to other areas.

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at a perfect house on Siesta Key. House was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing, right over the road from a few bars and restaurants (no issue with noise which I had thought might be a problem) and a 7Eleven which was super convenient. The unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 mins walk away with the softest, whitest sand I’ve ever seen in my life! Information sent from John the host was proactive, easy to understand and accurate. He was very fast to respond to messages. We loved it here, are missing it already and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

This place is PERFECT for a family with younger children (ours are 2 & 5). We were visiting grandma and grandpa and it had a great setup for having them visit during the day to hang and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host also provided everything we needed for a beach day. The home is decorated with a beach/mermaid theme (our daughter was in love) and bedrooms were very cozy. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

Everything was great! Russell gave us suggestions on things to do around the island prior to our visit and most importantly booking an uber early for our return trip. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and a cooler. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was so clean and felt just like home!

The location is superb — just a few minutes’ drive to the most amazing beach in the USA! It’s the perfect base for exploring and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Kayla was a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. She provided helpful local tips and made us feel right at home. Short drive to Siesta Key. Daily morning walks revealed some very nice homes. Short walk to scenic sunsets. Close a grocery store.

We enjoyed Jan’s house. It was a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the dog. Short drive to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, Shamrock Park, Brohard dog beach, pretty much anything we wanted to do. The lanai was a nice area to sit in the shade. Wish I had a way to post a recording of all the various birds chirping away! Home was clean and Jan was a responsive host with any questions we had. Yard was private and fenced in nicely for our dog. Appreciated having laundry soap, body wash, dish detergent, & paper goods to get through our stay. So often all you get is enough for a few days, if that. Comfortable beds too! We would stay again. Great place to stay for a few days out of town to access the beach and IMG Academy. Stores nearby to get food and essentials. Highly recommend!

We LOVED the Captain’s Quarters at Spinnakers cottages. I feel like we totally lucked out. Everything was grand; it had everything we needed from a comfy place to sleep, to being well stocked for cooking. The outside table and sitting area was just beautiful and I loved having some little friends out there too- a friendly little lizard and the mourning doves. The kids loved the pool, and everyone was super friendly in the other cottages. It was just a great atmosphere. The location could not be any better too. The walk to the beach was super easy and after realizing I left some beach gear at home by accident, the beach locker had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants. Great memories were made and everyone in my family had a wonderful time. It was our first time to AMI and I had no idea what to expect. Now, I can only dream of next time!

Very clean, great location to beach and my family. Walking area for our doggie and very close to shopping. We did pack too much. This home has everything you need. Nan is an awesome host.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. Our family had a wonderful stay. The home is exactly as described - beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout for a family of five to spread out and relax. Really appreciated the proximity to the beach (steps away) and the availability of the beach accessories and cart. Mark was super responsive when needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book a future stay.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Was very clean, could use a few upgrades. They didn’t have any extra fans like it said which would help with the heat and outside noise to sleep at night. Overall it was a great location and it was clean on the inside. I do wish they would have a better lock to the upstairs door.

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

This place was so nice and clean and very cute! Jessica is very helpful if you have any questions and gets back to you right away! Very close to some restaurants and bars and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. We really loved it and Chris the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful. We ran into the cleaning lady a few times while she was cleaning the other place and she sure is very friendly with a smile! We will be coming back for sure! Holmes beach is very peaceful and full of friendly people! We stayed for a month but will stay longer next time!

Linda’s home was truly a gem! So peaceful and relaxing! The ocean is literally steps away, with sunsets, swimming, sand, shells and shark’s teeth to hunt all day long!! We had everything we needed to feel at home, and more! Manasota Key was amazing and Linda’s home was a perfect location for our family’s get away!
