Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Will was also a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a spot that's both relaxing and close to all the action!

Just returned from another great stay at Kayla’s place. Everything was fantastic, the backyard pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We also really appreciate Kayla’s responsiveness. Looking forward to returning next year!

Hesitant to share how great it was because we will be back! The house is in a great location, feels like home, and had anything we could possibly need. Short drive to Siesta Key and several great beaches. Kitchen was perfect for cooking at the house. Pool was perfect for evening swims and the backyard had plenty of room for a game of catch.

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Very roomy unit. Location was great for teenagers as they can easily walk and ride bikes to shops and restaurants. Even though it is right in the middle of everything it was very quiet inside. Ted was a great host and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The pool was nice and clean. The back yard is shaded which was really nice after a long day at the beach. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Adam’s place was just what we needed for our family vacation! Super close to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a few hours of fun with the kids, then head back for naps and chill time by the pool. It was the perfect mix of fun for the little ones and relaxation for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Barefoot bungalow was amazing! Location is very convenient. One block away from the beach and one block away from all the amenities downtown. We rented a golf cart and really didn’t have to use our rental car until we went back to the airport. You can walk to everything, but my kids loved riding around in the golf cart. You can drive around the whole island. Siesta key lives up to its billing as a top beach in the United States, and the barefoot bungalow was an amazing place to stay for our family of five. I would definitely stay there again!

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

Probably one of the best locations around. 2 minute walk to all the major restaurants, shops and grocery store. 5 minute walk to beach. Our teenagers enjoyed the spacious place with having their own rooms and bathroom to share. Hot tub was nice on the cooler rainy evenings to relax in. The place was as described though a bit more worn in then the pictures showed but still a nice place to rest in the evening, sleep and cook up breakfast before spending the day at the beach.

Great place. Very clean and private. Easy walk to the beach. Hope to stay here again.

Our stay at Casa Bonita was truly a five star experience. The location was great, just steps from the beach access crossing and bridge street where we enjoyed, shops, dining and drinks. No ubers needed! The actual space itself exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of space for lounging inside and out. The pool area offered shading and full sun areas, with games and a bathroom/shower located outside for easy rinsing off. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach trip including towels, floats and a wagon. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean with all of the essentials. And our host Kelly was very responsive with anything we needed. We will certainly be back to Casa Bonita!

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s place. The house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Very well decorated and had everything you could need for a great vacation with the kids and grandparents. Rick was communicative and responsive. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool side cabana and porch downstairs (the kids loved the pool and all the toys!). Thank you very much for such a great stay! We would love to return for another vacation. Everyone in our party loved it very much. Sending all our compliments :)

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the place because we spent most of the time on the beach. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The place was clean and had all the needed amenities. I would stay here again and plan on it in the future.

From the minute you get there the grounds are beautifully kept, crisp and lush. Inside was immaculate and the fenced, private backyard with pool did not disappoint. Tropical landscape, a variety of comfy options for relaxing or dining and the pool was perfect! We paid extra to have it heated and it was totally worth it…especially for my young children(3 and 7) to swim and not shiver:-). This place has a nice light, airy, relaxed, indoor outdoor vibe! My parents traveled with us as well and also loved it! The very short walk to the beach was perfect and opened up to this beautiful, seemingly private beach. You could see the public beach down a bit where there were quite a few umbrellas, but no one around where we were. Very nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet as well. Communicating with the host was very easy and she always responded. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay! We had a family of 8 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor table also has a fire pit which was perfect at night. There were lots of amenities provided. There’s plenty of beach supplies/ extra towels. The house was filled with lots of stuff we didn’t have to pack, because it was already there. The beach is super close, about 10 minutes away, which was a bonus. Ashley has been wonderful! She’s super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early. We have a great vacation! We couldn’t recommend this place more! The perfect family vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at Shelly and Steven’s beach house! The home is beautifully modern, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing family getaway. We especially loved the backyard pool and how close everything was—walking distance to shops and just a short drive to the beach. It was perfect for our family, including our toddler. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

Had such an amazing stay at James home. Home was beautiful and at great location the pool was definitely a plus. Home was just as expected from description provided. I really loved the location of home as everything was walkable distance to near by shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. Would definitely stay again .

If you are looking to stay in Sarasota, this is an amazing place. Beyond having the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB, our hosts were incredibly responsive in addressing any other needs we had. This property felt like home by the time we left, and we have no problems recommending it to anyone!

This is our second time staying at Raj’s place. Wonderful, clean home that suits families perfectly. Made it feel like a vacation even with our two young kiddos. We relaxed by the pool during their naps and were able to keep to their schedule easily. Easy walk to the beach, which is absolutely stunning! Raj is friendly and communicative so no stress leading up to the trip. Absolutely recommend staying here!

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾

Great place to stay !! Love the location, only 8 minutes to Siesta Beach!! Everything was close by, easy access to two of the main thoroughfares, Tamiami Trail and Clark. Strait shot to 75 , too. Loved the gas grill and patio furniture. Had a few little visitors out there, a couple of Geikos running around keeping me company while I was grilling. Very clean and newly redone throughout. Beautiful place, highly recommend it !!!
