Beautiful house, very spacious, it has everything, you don't have to bring anything extra, just your luggage.

The house is very comfortable. It has three air conditioning and heating units, central heating by radiators. It is suitable for cold and hot weather. It's very glazed and you can see the forest. The setting is second to none. Super quiet. Very comfortable. Some limitations in the kitchen utensils that they promised to resolve. But we definitely recommend it and will surely be back.

The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with everything you need and are in good condition. A well-maintained courtyard. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The hostess was helpful and friendly. The house is great for large groups. You can tell that it is set up to live in, with very well thought out spaces and not just to rent it. We went in winter and the heating is impeccable. The house is super well equipped and is very comfortable. The neighborhood is divine. Highly recommended!!

Mario is really a spectacular host, super attentive to every detail. The house is incredibly comfortable, several rooms and super comfortable beds. The description and photos are exactly the same as the house you find. Very functional for a perfect stay. The location is super central, with places to eat, shop, supermarkets, etc. I really recommend it as an ideal place to stay if you are passing through Mar del Plata.

Daniela and Martin's house is even nicer than the pictures. Everything is perfect, the park, the heated pool, amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. The house is beautiful inside with furniture, books and everything thought out in detail. It's super-equipped, especially the kitchen. Communication was smooth and Daniela took care to give us a hand when we needed something. Definitely deserves to be a star host and a guest favorite. Honestly, 10 points, Patri is a genius and makes you feel very comfortable in the place you rent. The view will never tire you, you can spend 5 hours in a row looking at the tremendous landscape that never tires you. Super helpful with food, very tasty and super plentiful. The cabin is totally comfortable, you find comfort everywhere, but without a doubt what I'll remember most is the peace and tranquility that you breathe in that place! incredible… highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, very spacious and you can tell that the owners are architects. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for relaxing with friends or family. The only thing I'd like to point out is that the bedding and pool heating are charged separately, and I think those costs should be included in the listing so you can correctly compare it with other lodgings. The house had no soap and only one roll of toilet paper. Everything else is fine.
