The house is dreamed of. Super big and comfortable. He was just super helpful and was always available to answer any concerns. More than recommended to stay there. Of all the houses I saw for 10 people, this was definitely the best.

The apartment is on the top floor of a very modern building with a very good view. Access from the elevator to the apartment is private, you don't cross paths with neighbors !!. It is very comfortable and very well equipped. The garage is super easy to park in and it is a modern building with 24-hour security. A few blocks away are all the big food chains on Alem Street and in minutes you get delivery if you don't want to go out and look for something to eat. I'd definitely come back.

Excellent place to rest a few days, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour from downtown Mar del Plata. The cabin is just as you can see in the photos, super comfortable and clean. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and communication with Grisel (Damian's wife) was excellent. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back soon!

The place is awesome, super calm, the home beautiful and save. Rolando is very nice, he was all the time attending our question. Paula, who helped us with the instructions of the home is the best, she was super nice with us and ours dogs. Super recommended.

Excellent loft to stay in Mar del Plata. A few blocks from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and in a quiet area. It is ideal for 4/5 people. Very spacious, comfortable and complete. A washing machine, a refrigerator, internet, kitchen utensils, several beds, a table, a beautiful area with a lawn - there is everything for life and relaxation. Everything is exactly as in the description. The place is very nice. Beatiful nature. Great attractions in the vicinity: beaches, restaurants, shops, parks, and more. The house is spectacular, it has everything detailed in the pictures. We went 3 humans and 3 dogs to spend Holy Week, everything out of 10, nothing was missing or failed. You have a market 1 block away and another with butcher/greengrocery store 4 blocks away (no need to take the car out). The beach literally 2 blocks away for walking. A clarification, to go to the rooms you climb a spiral staircase, which can be complicated for older people. Separate paragraph for Leandro, as soon as we arrived he received us, and sent me all the necessary information by Whatsapp (places, recommendations, etc.). Super attentive, cool and available for everything. Definitely recommended to disconnect!

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

We spent 4 wonderful days and absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view from the kitchen was especially beautiful — it made every meal feel extra special. The host was responsive and welcoming. Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent house with a very nice and well-kept garden with a spectacular pool. It's a few block from the beach in a place surrounded by nature. The dogs are re bona, our two year old boy is already missing them. Florence is an excellent host, she was always attentive to anything we could need, resulting in an excellent place to rest.
