It has two double bedrooms, one of them with a balcony overlooking the mountains, with Emma mattresses awarded as the best mattress in the last 4 years. Fully equipped living room-kitchen, full bathroom, large front terrace, and another rear terrace, at sunset wild boars, deer, foxes come down, and pass less than a meter from this terrace, it is what our guests have liked the most

Log fires, central heating and a well- equipped kitchen in this comfortably modernized farmhouse with astounding views over Sierra Castril natural park. This apartment is integrated into a listed Renaissance-era Carmen, as can be seen from its columns and planking. The Cármenes were Moorish houses exclusive to the Albaicín (Granada), which were later rehabilitated by Christians. Enclosed by high walls, which keep inside gardens, fountains and a pool that act as a prelude to the house's rooms. The space enjoys privacy and silence, broken by the murmur of the water.

House located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, a quiet area of Úbeda within the walled enclosure, very close to the monumental area. The original 16th century building that preserves the facade and the heraldic shield of the Salido family, was rehabilitated in 2019 under sustainability and energy saving parameters. Very comfortable thanks to its radiant/cooling floor that will make the stay very comfortable.

The duplex apartment has access on the first floor of the building. It is a space on two floors: entrance, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed and a single on the first floor and living room, kitchen with all the basics for cooking, sofa and private terrace on the second floor. WE LIVE IN THE SAME BUILDING. QUIET PLACE AND ENVIROMENT. PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE AFTER 22H IS NOT ALLOWED.
