We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. GONNA is a house in the mountains immersed in nature, where minimalism is combined with modernity. In the old German farm, far from other buildings, we have preserved the stone walls and the atmosphere of old architecture. At the same time, the rooms are modern and minimalist. Natural materials - stone, brick, wood - create a space for relaxation. This place offers comfort understood as a return to basic needs: silence, peace and closeness to nature.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Wooden cottage

A newly built shepherd's hut with an unusual saddle roof in a nice quiet place in nature, with a common household with a beautiful view right from the bed. It is only accessible through a private property, so your undisturbed privacy is assured. Surrounded by expansive woods within easy walking distance. On the 1st floor, there are 6 apartments with a total capacity of up to 8 beds: room - double bed (2 beds) room – 1 single bed room (second floor) – 5 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, ceramic hob with four burners, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a smart TV and a sofa bed (extra bed option). Possibility of heating in the stove.
